Greens are in beautiful shape. Very fast and challenging.
Great Day of Golf
Staff here are very friendly and helpful. The course is in great condition and the greens are excellent but they are very fast...... don't get above the hole ..... group in front was a little slow but didn't hold us up too badly and speeded up once the Marshall talked to them ..... all in all was a great day yo play golf ...... will be going back again

Good conditions, greens are small and tough.

Extremely slow play ruined the day
This course is located in a very large trailer and patio home resort that is home to hundreds of winter visitors. The course is so full of these senior players that an typical round is about five hours. The day I played it was over five hours. In fact one of our foursome quit after 11 holes because he was so frustrated from waiting on every hole. If slow play doesn't bother you then by all means play there. But if you're like most golfers that just want to enjoy a nice round without waiting for extended times on EVERY tee box and again on every approach shot, I would strongly recommend you avoid Viewpoint golf resort.
Great course!
We play often on this course because it’s close, affordable, and in great shape! Pace of play was a tad slow but only because there seemed to be more players hitting into the wrong fairways. Also noted some players fail to recognize their shortcomings and hit from the wrong tees. There was no beverage cart for the entire round unfortunately. Still could use someone just going around and picking up garbage. Overall it’s a great course! Staff is very nice!
Fairways are great!
The fairways are in very good shape. The greens are ok and the t-boxes are well maintained.
Very good conditions and great pace
Greens are super fast compared to other courses I have played recently but mostly fair, one pin on #8 was extremely tough with the speed and slope. Course is in very good shape, pace was just under 4 hours, and of course the weather was perfect.
Great Value, nice course
For $50 you can't beat it. Fairways and greens were in great shape. We had a 1 o'clock tee time and finished in 4 hours. Definitely will be back to play again.

Great course in pretty good shape. Very fun to play.
Great little course!
Played on 12/13, paired up with two guys, they were nice! Busy day but pace flowed well. Course is in great shape with only a couple of areas needing attention. No beverage cart. Marshals need to pick up garbage when out and about please. We play this course often.
