This RV resort has 331 sites and features an 18-hole championship course and 9-hole executive course onsite. The resort features tennis, an outdoor pool, pickleball, volleyball, fitness center and shuffleboard among other outdoor activities. It is also located near baseball spring training facilities. Very good conditions and great pace
Greens are super fast compared to other courses I have played recently but mostly fair, one pin on #8 was extremely tough with the speed and slope. Course is in very good shape, pace was just under 4 hours, and of course the weather was perfect.
Great Value, nice course
For $50 you can't beat it. Fairways and greens were in great shape. We had a 1 o'clock tee time and finished in 4 hours. Definitely will be back to play again.
Great course
Great course in pretty good shape. Very fun to play.
Great little course!
Played on 12/13, paired up with two guys, they were nice! Busy day but pace flowed well. Course is in great shape with only a couple of areas needing attention. No beverage cart. Marshals need to pick up garbage when out and about please. We play this course often.
It was a great day on the course. Even though there was 5 players in the group ahead of us the pace of play was fine.
Rate inflation
Many average courses have raised rates 30% or more.
Labor, maintenance, fertilizer and seed costs are higher. Viewpoint is still at a price most golfers can afford. Green speed a little slow. But good shots to green will hold. Pace slowed on back nine.
Good gourde, good price
Fairways, greens, rough, fringe, and bunkers were all good. Tee boxes were a little overgrown but no major issues. 3:30 total time. Excellent value for the price.
Great value and condition
Course is a wide open subdivision layout with very little trouble. Conditions at the course were excellent. Check in staff were grumpy and not inviting but other than that it was a good time.
Fair value
It’s an average course in average condition that’s priced accordingly.
Good condition, slow play
Best conditioned course we played in the month we’ve been here. Was nice to finally putt on good greens. Fairways very good also. Sand had rocks in it. Pace of play was terrible, 3 groups on some tees. Didn’t care much for the layout, too compact for my liking.
Great shape
Greens were in fantastic shape, true and fast.
Fairways are green and lush for winter conditions. You will not be disappointed.
Good value and good conditions.
Although the course layout is basic, conditions were very good, and the greens had nice slopes to add to the challenge. Pace was 4 hours for 18 holes, and a ranger was in evidence. Cart girl came by twice. The checkin in the pro shop was efficient and helpful. We did not try the restaurant.
