Very nice course
The course was in excellent condition. The greens were running at about 11 1/2 and true. Tees and fairways were in great shape. Resort course with nice wide fairways and fairways that collect back to the middle instead of off the course. But you still had to hit good shots or you would find trouble. It was a very fun day of golf.
Super round
Played fast, played well.excellent rate. One of my best rounds in the last few years.
Wish they would have decent rates more often...the course is often all but empty!
Nice course. Overpriced compared to the competition
Basic resort course. Straight forward, kinda boring. No real trouble. Round was very long due to everyone playing on 2 or the 3 rounds.
Always Great
Great course . Wife and I loved it for the past 5 years and expect to love it i the future. Friendly to men and women . beautiful views always well kept.
Enjoyed the course. Greens were difficult.
I gave the course a 4 out of 5.
The disappointing part was not receiving the divot tool, course book, and the bag tag as promised from my reservation confirmation.
The day was delightful and although we were a two-some didn't have to wait long to play, even though we were following a foursome.
Very scenic course with some challenging holes to carefully consider club choice. Great staff!
Friendly design
one of my favorite courses for my wife and I. Challenging, yet fair for the average golfer
Great value for the price
Course was in great shape. Rough was very thick. Greens were very good shape but a little slow for this course.
Pleasant round
From club drop off before round to club clean up afterwards, service was exemplary. Arrive early to utilize the practice range and green. We played front nine on Ironwood, back nine on Acacia.. For a summer round, the course was in very good shape. Mesquite (a third 9 hole course) will be closed now for a bit for maintenance. Restrooms and snack shop conveniently located in a stand alone building.
UNBELIEVABLY UNCARING
AFTER PLAYING 16 HOLES IN THE HEAT,THEY MAKE YOU WALK UP AND DOWN THE VERY STEEP HILLS ON THE LAST 2 HOLES THAT ARE POSTED CART PATH ONLY.DON`T PLAY THIS COURSE,IF YOU DO YOU WILL BE SORRY.
Fantastic experience
Most pristine golf course i've played in a long time. Excellent condition. No bare spots, fast greens. Just beautiful.
Great shape tee to green. Greens a little rough
Tee to green the course was in very nice condition. Greens a little rough but putted fairly well. Definitely a must to put on your list of courses to play.
Misters on cart what an experience
The last few holes were not made for players with knee problems but still fun. You could not take the cart on the fairways and to get to your ball you had to walk down very steep grounds and very few walk ways to walk up and down in.
I always enjoy my round at Kierland
Greens a little bumpy, otherwise everything was near perfect
Basic resort course layout...too pricey
You are mostly paying for the fact that it is located in north Scottsdale and it is part of a major resort. The course is in great condition, but it is your typical resort style course layout. Only one or two memorable holes, #7 and #9 on Acacia. We played Acacia and Mesquite. Mesquite was one of the more pedestrian courses I have played in the valley for the price that we paid.
If you're looking for an open and fairly easy course, than this is it. If you want to pay the same or even a little less and have a course with character, you can find a dozen courses in the area.
Very Good Summer Shape
Well maintained considering the time of year. Only a few burnt out areas which is expected, however they do no affect play. Nice range, and even with 9 of the 27 holes closed with construction, we had a great day.
If this course is this pristine in July, prime time must be heaven
Great course layout - professional staff all the way - 4 hrs rd and great fairways and true greens - great day out!
This course has "grass" this time of year!!
I live here in the valley and play a lot of golf. A lot of the courses are burned out and barely have any grass. Kierland actually had grass and their greens rolled very fast. This course is in great condition considering it is summer. Thank you for a great time!!
Been There - Done That...
Well maintained for the most part, but expected more (kind of boring) for the price. Your money would be better spent elsewhere.
Relatively slow business wise... You would think they would lower their price to gain more during the summer.
Forgiving fairways.
Love this course! Always in great shape an air condition carts.
HEAVEN FORBID YOU HAVE TO ACTUALLY USE YOUR LEGS AND WALK ON THE LAST TWO HOLES! THEY ARE CART PATH ONLY FOR A REASON ON #9 BECAUSE IT'S A DANGEROUS HOLE TO DRIVE ON THOSE SLOPES.
