Idk what the people above were talking about with it being 5 stars but this is the worst course condition wise I have ever played. Tee boxes were sand and rock and fairways looked like a mudslide had just hit. For the price point it’s fine but there’s two courses within 10 mins that aren’t as beat up.
Wet golf
5 inches of rain - 3 days before -
BUT this course drained pretty well! It was cart path only but there were many dry spots - greens were well drained and played only slightly slower than normal.
Course layout is good!
Many challenging holes / with elevations and dips !
The course requires a good mix of Driver , 3wood or maybe long iron to get into position and then another precision shot to be on the green.
Enormous cave left of the fairway on 18th- and mysterious Indian flute music will make you think you are back in time!
Definite play again!
Great layout
We always have a good time here .great staff good restaurant. The course is a fair and fun layout with many elevation changes and variety. With a better maintenance budget it would one of the best in the area.
Tight, dry and rocky
We played Indian Hills 3 times in one week. You get what you pay for! This was the best Hot Deal, price-wise.
Fairways are very tight, rough is thick, also narrow, then you're into rocky bare ground. We lost several balls, unable to find which way they bounced on the rocks.
The course was very dry, I don't think they water the tee boxes or fairways, only the greens.
Yes, I'd play it again, but hopefully spring or early summer would be greener.
The course was dry as we have not rain in some tim so grass was sparse . Thought the greens were in great shape. Several challenging holes. Enjoyed the layout
Always a great game
We love Indian Hills and drive up (1&1/2 hours) to okay there as often as we can .
Course condition
Although we enjoyed the course from a sense that it was creative in each hole the fairways and greens were subpar. It looked like they were working on them so we took that into consideration. I would play it again and recommend it to friends but would tell them about conditions. I’d like to play again knowing how to play the course now. The holes were difficult layout on some holes but fun.
Greens need work
The greens have not improved much since last year. The course has changed yardage and par from what it says on Golfnow and Tee-off.
