Mountain Ranch Golf Club at Fairfield Bay and Tannebbaum Golf Club are sister golf and lodging properties owned by the same company located on the north side of Greers Ferry Lake. Each golf course has onsite lodging. Tannenbaum has more units with The Cabins at Tannenbaum, which are two-bedroom, two-bathroom cabins, as well as vacation homes and condominiums. Mountain Ranch has 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condominiums with queen beds and a kitchenette. Golf packages are provided that include rounds at either course or combined.Facts

Good Course, minimal amenities
The course was an interesting and moderately challenging layout. The weather was poor with off and on mild to heavy rain. The course drained well and after waiting for rain to slacken, the course remained playable. Unfortunately, the quantity of golfers seems quite small and based upon that they have closed amenities such as the snack bar / restaurant which appear to be closed for the long haul. But the course maintenance is being sustained, and the course conditions remain good with true greens and well-maintained fairways.
Worth your time and money
Interesting design. Trees bordering many fairways. Challenging, but fair.

Great course’ nice people but no bar or grill open.

Worth playing, course is narrow in some areas but very pretty. Stay on fairways or ball will probably be lost

This course was on par with the Hot Springs Village courses and was much cheaper. Many interesting holes. I will definitely come back!

A winding course, greens are great for early spring. Fairways are filling in well. A winding course that is fun to play..
