Cimarron Golf Resort

I played this course many years ago and was happy to see that the course has matured. The course was in excellent condition after a very hot summer.

the Boulder course at Cimarron is a good layout, but I think the slope rating should be higher. Reasons are that it plays longer than the yardage, the fairways run balls into the rough, which are somewhat penal.

Course was in great shape overall they were the slowest greens I’ve ever played on the greens were however, in good shape, but again the slowest greens I have ever put it on an easy track overall not a lot of places to lose balls.

The course is not in good shape. Maybe they were letting it grow out after reseeding, but the fairways were like first-cut rough length. The greens were downright furry, and would stimp at maybe 6.5-7. The course is just straight up and down. And boring. I paid $135 for the round, but this course is worth more like $80.

Course was in decent condition. It could be better but for the money it’s worth playing, especially if you wanna work on your irons

We played the Pebble Course which is a 18 hole par 3. Had a great time. Elevated greens are a little tough but durable. Got all 18 holes in before the storm blew in! Great course and value!

This course is a real fun par 3 course and was very enjoyable to play. Couple of places that could use better signage but love it. I would highly recommend this course to everyone!!

Fairways and greens were not in great shape.

The Pebbles course is an after thought to the Boulders. They just fit Pebbles in the washes.

Early tee time on the reopening of the Boulder Course. Wow!!!! The view on the 1st tee was stunning. This is a must play in the Valley and a great value!!!!

Tee boxes need seeding, traps need sand not rocks,

The Marshall was lost when a group had opening for two players and had them wait and had the group tee off! They the two golfers that were waiting got upset to say it nicely and left!

Wasn't aware I playing a 3 par until I went to the 1st tee. My 1st visit to the course. I used an app to sign up online.

Course built in a drainage each where every green is elevated and small. Overly dry will many holes the same length. Slow play. Last time I play.

Greens could be in better shape. Overall enjoyed the par 3 course. Would do it again.

1st time playing. It was perfect for iron only practice. Our weather has been severe with wind and rain, so the course showed some weathered areas, some on the greens. The cart path to 15 tee box was easy to miss due to the dirt and sand from a recent storm. I will definitely be back to play this course again. Pro shop staff was kind and friendly. Adrian at the return cart area was quick to unload my clubs from the cart, and give them a quick wipe down. Thank you Adrian.

If your thinking about playing, don't pass up the opportunity for some good irons / wedge only game.

I gave the reviews base on seasonal condition. They are closing the course in 2 days for 3 weeks or so to do their normal fall course reconditionung. Its my favorite value golf course by far. Great viww of the mountains!
