Good value
Conditions were average. Good value for the green fee. We enjoyed it. Beers are too expensive though. :)
Good Value For Money
This course is the oldest that we played in five days of golf in the Palm Springs area. The club house and nearby ditch were not appealing. However, once on the course we found some challenging holes and some easier ones. The pace was good. We kept up with those ahead and never felt pushed by those behind. We had fun on this course!
Good course, but way overpriced
We used to play this course a lot and felt we got value for our money. Now the course is charging twice as much and not offering great conditions.
The 10th hole has been shortened considerably, but we weren't told about this by the pro shop or the starter. I don't think the scorecard has been changed yet and of course, our gps meters didn't have the change updated.
We like the course and would love to play it again, but not for the price that Cathedral Canyon GC is demanding.
Below average course
Very dry conditions and not in great shape. Definitely needs attention. Greens very fast though.
Mahiligpa2
The greens were in great shape, pretty fast and firm. I enjoyed my round. I was a single so I got paired up with 3 Canadians, they were good people, enjoyed my round with them.
Cow patch
I was very disappointed in the condition of this course, as there is clearly potential for it to be an above average site.
They have lots of water hazards to work with, but the traps are often filled with half sand and half gravel.
The fairway grass is also very disappointing. This time of year it should be easy for them to have it lush and green.
We will not be back, as there are many other places we can visit.
Nice greens, pace of play was fine. Last minute booking, was an OK course for the money. Resturant was vey nice. Outdoor seating.
A disappointing experience
Day after a rainy day. Back nine was closed. Driving range was closed. Leaves, branches and debris all over the course. Starter was grumpy and unhelpful. There are many better choices than this course.
Decent course plenty of challenges
Course was in avg conditions greens were in nice shape and quick fairways decent little rough near/around greens. Plenty of water holes with some target shooting needed. Staff were friendly and courteous. Got stuck behind two golfers not very good making round longer than necessary and no Marshall around. If u are looking for a cheap decent course with some challenges this is a course to give a try.
