Course fine, staff nice, greens in very poor condition. Pace of play average.

Course needs some attention
Course needs a lot of attention. The fairways have bare spots, the bunkers were fair and the greens were fuzzy and slow. The greens were bumpy and need to be cut and rolled. Pace of play was slow, over 5 hours. Need a Marshall to keep play moving. Waited on every tee box, even when we played slow. Play if you get a good deal.
First time playing since April 2024
The course was in much better shape than has been for the last few years. Fairways have improved and you were actually hitting off grass. Greens are a little slower than in the past and bunkers were in very good shape. Was very pleased with the course today.
Canyon country club golf course
I read the reviews after I booked, and thought about canceling. But price was great so I kept my tee time. The staff was friendly and told us of the condition and repairs . You could see the damage that part of the course had taken from a bad rainstorm a while back. The first two fairways and greens were a little rough. The fairways and the The greens after that were really in good shape. Never had to wait and found the course to be Challenging . I will be back
Interesting golf course with numerous challenges
Very friendly staff at the pro shop. The course is in better shape than last year and we thoroughly enjoyed playing there this year. Many times we both had to use our drivers and that was great. Well positioned water areas that made us rethink our game. Yes, it was challenging but we certainly enjoyed again this week. Hope to play it again in the near future.
$39 round
pro shop has no signage, they did not tell us of the course course conditions, the greens are in bad shape as well as some fairways. the 10th hole is useless. Even at the cheap price i will not play again. They have a lot of common sense that needs to done.
Strange conditions
The course is apparently partially under construction. Two par 5's numbers 1 and 10 have tees moved up to 240 yards since the tee box is now missing. The fairways have overseed that needs mowing. There are 60 to 70 geese messing up the fairways. Not so good for shoes. Most water hazards have no water and are over grown with weeds. Looks like the course had been abandoned for some time and then re opened. At most only 10 people were on the course today.
I think we played just after they sanded and overseeded basically very rough conditions but price was discounted because of it. Wish we had known before booking
Good for the price
Got a great deal on green fees. Course wasn’t in the best condition - greens a bit furry & slow. Other courses in the area in much better shape but would pay at least 3 times as much. Pretty much what I was expecting. No beverage cart or restaurant. Staff real friendly. We enjoyed the round.
Course needs some TLC.
Our first time playing this course. It was difficult to find our way around the course because of poor signage. Some of the fairways are in poor condition, the greens had just been sanded and way too much goose poop. Don't know if we'd come again.
Go to jail
Horrible course for the money, everything needs improvements and it’s sad as the location is convenient for those visiting PS. Will not return, it just plain sucks as conditions are horrible and depressing, seems there are no groundskeepers and the residents have to pitch. There is a reason the Golf Pass rate is cheap, it reflects the conditions.
