Good value for this time of year
Challenging course with several tee box options in mostly decent conditions. There were some dry areas on the fairways. Bunkers were filled with good sand. Decent price at this time of the year. Fees go up quite a lot during prime months.
Poor condition
For the amount of rain this course has received, the course was very surprisingly dry. Many greens were bumpy and sandy. Sad.
B MAC
Love the course , very challenging . I play in the valley most of the time so up hill down hill shots are nice change .
Beautiful Course
This well maintained course is beautifully set in the Sierra foothills. Each hole has its own character and unique view. The deer seem to like it too!
Beautiful foot hills course.
Beautiful course in the foothills. Never see less than ten deer when we play there. Course is always in great condition. Well worth playing.
Greenhorn creek
Less than 3.5 hour round. Quick greens. Some wet areas are wet just like the other 3 courses I’ve played in the last month. Play it. It’s got a little bit of everything for all level players.
Greenhorn
If I could give a 7 for pace of play I would. Teed off at 1 and finished at 3:30. I’d give the staff the same rating. Greens were quite fast. I kept over putting Fast but true.
Beautiful course
Great course, with some beautiful views, and challenging holes. Greens are very well taken care of, but hard to read for someone who’s never played the course. Most greens were fast. Very scenic, beautiful homes everywhere, however some houses are in the line of fire, so make sure to exercise control on your shots.

Fun layout, tough greens
We played as a foursome. It’s been about years since I last played here. The front plays easier than the back 9 by about 5 strokes a member said. That’s about right. The greens were fast and tons of break. Hardly a flat spot on any green. Unlike most fast greens I have played, they had unusual breaks and often multiple unseen breaks. All four of us had more 3 putts in around than we have ever had. I average one 3 putt every four rounds. I had 5 3 putts! Wide fairways and some short holes make it playable and fun.
