Over all a reasonable good course to play
Reasonable good course to play golf , still affordable
Course was a lot better than we expected. Fairways are not lush but are playable and fast. Greens are fast.but roll well. Good value for the price. We will go back
Good course, a little rough
The golf course is in rougher conditions than we have seen it in the past although very playable. The ponds are extremely scummy, but they didn't affect our play. We expected to see red/yellow markers to identify the hidden ponds.
The greens were a little rough and bumpy, but we played at 12:00, I'm sure they were better earlier in the morning.
Hard to enjoy.
Started with an abrupt registration urging us to get started 40 minutes before our tee time. No balls on range - they simply hadn’t been picked up. Limited fairway grass. Greens slightly better. No yardage marks and many flags wouldn’t pick up on range finder. Only redemption was a very quick round. Would not play again.
Have seen better condition
Unfortunately, the course is in pretty rough condition. Bunkers have grass growing in them, the ponds are green and there isn't much grass on the fairways.
We've always loved playing this course but it needs a lot of improvements.
The pace of play was great.
Nice historical course!
As I have mentioned in numerous reviews, it is a wonderful place to play and has a fantastic history as one of the oldest courses in the Coachilla Valley.
Good for all level of golfers.
Nice course!
It has a great history and is a wonderful place for golf for all levels of golfers and family play.
Mahiligpa
The course overall was in pretty good shape, rough around the edges and greens were in good shape but was a little slow. One complaint, one of the bathroom was locked and no one knew the code, tried calling the pro shop but the phone system kept looping. After trying the pro shop a couple of times, I gave up.
The course needs to be cleaned up. There is just to much junk and dead trees and branches laying around. The course has possibilities but the water ponds need to be shown a little love also. I wouldn’t think it would cost that much money to clean it up just alittle.
Not worth the money!!
Bad greens bald sport in many places starter never put a pin placement card on the cart, but it's posted on the clubhouse front door, also we never got the key code for the restrooms and this plays though a residential neighborhood
so it was a adventure if you were wanting for them answer the phone. Maybe it was because it was Christmas, um but the greens and fairway don't.
Good course; great history!
It has greatly improved over the past two months. It's a wonderful place to play with friends and family members.
Garbage Course
Just horrible. Must be selling soon as the course is in awful shape.
Always enjoy playing Indian Palms
If you are looking for lush fairways and perfectly manicured greens then this is not your course. I have been playing Indian Palms off and on over the past 30 years and it’s always pretty average. Fairway grass is thin, greens are a bit bumpy and many of the tee boxes need TLC but that said I still enjoy a round of golf at Indian Palms. Just make sure you buy the “hot deal”. BYW: Indian Palms is only using 2 of the 3 nines. The Mountain nine apparently was not over seeded this year.
Overall good course, good value and friendly staff
