poor shape
very little care by this club,,looks like they just dont care for golfers other than members..
Not as bad as some say
After reading the reviews, my expectations were low. Fairways weren’t great, but the greens were quick and for the most part smooth. Tight, house lined course. We played Mountain and Royal. I preferred Royal. They allowed a group of 6 to play in front of us, but they actually moved along quite well. We teed off around 1:30 and finished the round.
Did not give us a key or a code for the one outdoor restroom on the golf course unacceptable.
Notice to Avoid!
This place used to be OK before the pandemic but the owner (saving money while charging more) has let all the nice big deciduous trees die, not made any improvements and they do stupid things like hold a 27 hole shotgun ladies tournament and still take bookings for noon and beyond. We arrived early for 12:30 tee time, a huge crowd gathered waiting for carts and told “just add 45 mins to your start time, if you don’t want to wait, you can leave”. Meanwhile, since it’s a vary large golf community, residents with their own carts were able to head out on course while 20-30 golfers waited - result a 5 hour round after a 45 min wait AND we had to get two replacement carts as we ended up with carts no fully charged. Won’t be back!
Not Happy and will not be back
They over booked a tournament in front of our tee time of 11:52 and didn't have sufficient golf carts ! We stood around waiting and had limited feedback from course Marshall who tried hos best to speed up the tournament players . This Resulted in a 1 hour tee time delay as well as a slow pace of play .The restaurant was bust with the tournament and had no premade sandwiches . No course Marshall to speed up play . Our playing partners cart died on hole 14th and they ended up quitting . The course needs a lot of TLC and more staff to bring up the overall conditions of bunkers and up keep .
NOT A FRAIN OF GRASS TO BE FOUND
This is and old established course 27 holes, and poorly maintained. The fairways were almost bare, most cases no grass to be found. it would be a bargain @ $20. and you like dirt.
Of the three 9 hole courses here the Royal course is in ok shape, the Mountain course was closed, but the greens on the Indian course are in HORRIBLE shape. Very bumpy with grooves and ridges laid out in multiple patters. Almost un-puttable. If you play this course play the Royal course twice to get in 18 holes.
Badly maintained course with poor instructions
Course is not well maintained, and person directing traffic sent us to wrong course wasting our time. I would skip this altogether if you’re visiting the area. Golf now rating was way off, should be less stars.
