This is one of my favorite courses in SoCal, the course is in great condition and they continue to make improvements around the course each year (without interrupting play).

It’s a great layout that gives it a fun challenge for all levels of golfers (in my humble 6hcp opinion). We stayed at the House on the Hill and I can’t recommend it enough. The house sits right above the 15th tee box with amazing views and it’s got everything you need for a fun golf trip with your favorite people. Can’t wait to come back!

First time playing that course on a friend’s recommandation. The layout, the quality of the course, perfectly manicured, the viewpoints, the well organized driving range and the friendly staff, everything in place to make for a Fantastic day at the Rams Hill golf course.

Do I recommend it. Without a doubt. If you have as much fun as we had, you will have a blast…….Oh !!! And don‘t forget to taste the excellent burritos that are provided complimentary at the 14th hole if I recall correctly.

This is my third year returning to Rams Hill. It never lets me down. Every detail is very fine. The clubhouse, the practice areas, the golf course, the food drink and staff are all 1st Class. I highly recommend a trip out to this gem.

This course was amazing! It is certainly not for beginners, the course layout was amazing but tough! Really fun to play the slopes in your advantage and the greens were incredibly fast and ungulating. I’ve played many many courses in the Coachella valley area and this course is by far a top 3 course in the area! It is a little pricey but worth the expense. Staff were very friendly and helpful as it was my first time at Rams Hill.

Loved the course, great layout. Was in decent condition after just re-opening for the year. Cart path only was a bit of a drag, and really effected pace of play. Got a good rate on Golf Now, otherwise I think it would be overpriced!!

Nice to see the conditions much better at my favorite course in SoCal. Played a couple of times last season and saw the struggles with the fairways but the strength of the design and layout has always made it enjoyable. The course now is getting back to the conditions of 2-3 years ago and things are good. Friendliest staff in SoCal. Golf Pro Bob, is a keeper.

I’ve been playing Rams Hill a couple times a year since 2018. What was once a hidden gem has now been found. Once they began marketing the course many have found it. It’s my favorite course in SoCal and it never disappoints. The course is in much better shape since the work on the fairways over the summer. Cart paths only for the first 2 weeks made the pace a little slow but it will help the new ryegrass mature. Can’t wait to come back. Trips scheduled for January and will try in the spring. Really want to play in the Clash this year.

I've played Rams Hill for a few seasons now. Course was in pretty good shape. Was not 100% perfect but you can tell it will get better as the season goes on and the overseed grows in a bit. A couple putting greens need to wake up a bit from summer in a few spots but overall good. Very fun layout with great views. Hard to find decent golf anywhere for less than $200 now, so I think the cost to play was reasonable.

Played the first 2 opening days. The golf course used to be in such pristine condition, but it was average, or pretty good at best. After reading the marketing emails about the fairways being redone, we had such high expectations, but it looks like a repeat of last year with bad spots in the fairways, and a few greens with issues.

This course is NO LONGER a top 100 or top 5 in California. They can't seem to get back to where they were 3+ years ago. The staff basically says the superintendent just isn't that good. The GM should look to lower the rates or hire someone who can return this course to it's glory. It's still fine to play because the weather is nice, scenery is wonderful, and holes are challenging, but still could be better.

SoCal’s hidden gem is a mission to get to but an oasis to arrive and play. Played here for a Malbon Golf Club tournament and blown away by course conditions and pure fun. Book your tee time now as this course has seasonal openings and don’t forget to enjoy yourself out here!

We booked on GolfNow and arrived on a day of 40 MPH winds. We played (as the booking cancel time had passed) and we were nearly the only golfers there. It was basically unplayable. After playing, went into the pro shop to look around and the desk attendant told us they would have refunded us if we’d played 9 or fewer holes. NEVER mentioned it ahead of time. We asked for something (even a discount for a return visit) and were told NO. Nice course, but customer service was bad.

Pro would not accept prepaid voucher, no expiration listed on voucher, required more $ for daily rate at time of play, no limit on time of play, on / line rip off very poor PR by Pro.

Rams Hill is my favorite course. I have played it for several years now, and these are the worst conditions I’ve ever seen there. For the price of the greens fees, the course conditions are very disappointing. It’s a fantastic layout, I really hope they can find a way to get the course back in shape. It’s been declining for the past 3 years, such a shame to see it in this condition. Everything else is great!

Fairways r drying out due to temps going up! Love the course & staff. Definitely will b back!!
