Walking Rate Not Clear...Then didn't get to use the Cart alot.
My disappointment with this course is two-fold:
1. They list a walking rate price when almost all other courses list prices with a cart included. GolfNow should not allow this apples to oranges comparison. Had to pay an additional $24 for a riding cart.
2. And that led to the second surprise which was not disclosed in the pro shop before I rented the cart. At least FIVE of the par 4 holes were cart path only! You don't find that out until the GPS on the cart restricts you. So the cart was only useful on about half of the holes.
The final frustration was a foursome that was at least two holes behind, making several groups wait at every tee box. No marshals around...

Rain predicted on & off all day. Senior twosome..our
tee time was 12:42. Got there at 12:15 and parking lot almost empty, I'm guessing because of rain. AccuWeather showed we had a two hour window of no rain. Tee'd off at 12:30. Jumped a foursome on third hole and never saw anyone for the entire round. Finished all 18 holes in 2 hours flat at 2:30!!! Not one drop of rain during our round.
Course was soggy and had to maneuver around some wet areas which we expected on a rainy day. Overall. course was in good shape, greens were receptive.
Good day of golf to start the New Year.
Cart seat overs
Seat covers need to be replaced they all have tears on them.
No breathing room
Pace of play was gridlock entire round. Good luck if you're parnered with someone who loses a ball. Not enjoyable knowing you have to play mistake free golf all outing.
Great locals spot
Well maintained course. Wide open fairways for most part with speedy greens. Always makes me nervous with houses tightly lined down the fairway, which the links has plenty of. Recommend, especially for locals.
Tight and Weird
If you like paying a lot of money to play between white soldiers everywhere, then you'll love this place. Greens were clowny too. Do not recommend. Good clubhouse vibes, but the amenities are expensive.
Do NOT ride in the cart. You'll just be getting yelled at all day about where you're not allowed to be, which is about 92% of the course's surface area. That was a total waste of money. In hindsight, I should have just used my pushcart because the pace of play is SLOW.
Greens are in good shape and FAST
Greens were in great shape and way faster than usual
Some extra wet spots, but they use a lot of water
Quiet day with lots of twosomes.
Teed off at 12:45 and done by 3:10
Fun little course
Challenging greens, course in good shape, a little swampy in spots
Good pace. Bad pins and some unplayable greens
Course was in ok condition, however some of the greens are unplayable because of the slopes. Had holes were you would putt up to the hole and ball would roll back off the green. Staff was very friendly and clubhouse was very nice
Slow play
3 groups were backed up on #2 waited all day.
If putting for a 7 on a par 3 pickup and move on.
Need a marshal on the course
Nice neighborhood course
Really cool little course north of town. Played 18 with my wife and 7 year old daughter. A lot of fun and next time in SE we will definitely be there. No driving range or short game area but Links at Lakehouse is just down the road for warm up.
GolfNow and course Proshop not communicating
Proshop refused to acknowledge GolfNow had already paid for two players and charges them anyway, even though I had cler evidence I had already paid GolfNow for all three players!
higher prices, worse condition
found the prices higher and the course in poor condition compared to previous visits
