Great views
Wildlife course is awesome
Fantastic Mountain Course
Fun layout, challenging holes, greens in excellent shape for high altitude. Would definitely recommend, can't wait to play again.
Thanks Nobu!
A must play in the North State
Third time playing Mt. Shasta. Course was in excellent condition, although the rough was a little extreme. Overall, I like the challenge of the course and there are a lot of blind tee/approach shots. Greens were in good condition and there are challenges that are hard to read. Only detraction was the pace, which is understandable since its a resort and some are not up the challenge the course presents. I'll play again.
Always enjoy playing Mt Shasta
Visiting my parents that live in Redding so I play this course yearly. Love the setting and most days in the summer are tolerable if you play in the morning. Range (mats) and putting green were good. Everything at the course was in great condition. Course was wetter than usual from watering and the greens were really soft so shots stuck and didn't roll much. There are some narrow fairways on the course. Bunkers were in decent shape. Got my first hole-in-one on #5 playing with my dad and son so best day golfing ever!
Great Mountain Course with views of Shasta
Always a great time when we come here every year. Great course and experience. Its not a championship level course, but still a great and fun track to play.
Beautiful Course
Great course with a lot of changes in elevation to make it fun. Each Par 4 is unique and has something to offer in terms of strategy.
Excellent Round
Very nice mountain course.... challenging..but forgiving! Good for amateurs and seasoned golfers!
Mt Shasta resort
Excellent groomed course, very challenging fairways. Some are very tight. If you can play this course you can play any other course easily in this area.
Mountain top experience!
The course is beautifully designed to follow the landscape of the terrain. It’s a bit challenging but that’s what makes it enjoyable. Every element of your game is in play, long drives to chipping up to a tabletop putting green.
The greens were fast and well maintained, the tee boxes were flat and well marked. Pace of play was great. One thing I’d like to point out is the maintenance crew was courteous as we played through and because of them the course is pristine. Check in was very easy we were welcomed and given the key to the brand new golf cart which made for an enjoyable day.
The view of Mount Shasta definitely makes this course a mountaintop experience.
Excellent Course
The course was beautiful and a bit challenging. Some holes were not-so-good, but overall it was a great experience.
Stunning view of Mt Shasta
We returned to Mt Shasta Golf Course remembering the many challenging holes and course layout. Once in awhile you look up and see beautiful woods and creeks and Mt Shasta in the backdrop. The greens were in great condition as was the distance to hit from the forward tees.
