Amateur golfers..octogenarians
Our first time there. Very busy….first hole was confusing ,and we drove cart in restricted area… but then we got the hang of it.
A beautiful course, lovely staff and worth the money..
Lunch at Jimmy’s
We took advantage of "internet special"
Great course.
Always a treat to play this course. Teed off at 7:40. Didn’t finish until 12:45. They need better pace of play.
Heaven on Earth
Not many courses in CA compare to Ojai Valley Inn. Setting, conditions, staff, food, weather was perfect!!!
Beautiful Course with Sparce Eating choices
This has to be the best course and most beautiful setting from LA to Paso Robles! Even Ty Warner's Sandpiper does not hold a candle to this. Sad. Anyway, I cannot say enough about the condition and layout of the course. I want to also give a BIG 5 star rating to the staff as they are exceptional in customer service. My only "gripe" is there is no direction to where one can get some quick bites or food after a round of this great course. I know this is a posh place with suits and ties but what about those who have spent good money to play and want to taste some "great" food as well. I would recommend you bring your own food/drink until that changes.
Great golf course
Staff was very friendly
Course condition was amazing. Green was fast and clean.
Finished in 3 hours.
Amazing place
Staff was fantastic, the place is huge. I only saw 2 other people on the course on a Monday in August. Course is shirt but challenging, wayyyy too many bunkers but they were avoidable for a better golfer. I was done in under 3 hours. The greens were receptive but quick when putting. Get the caddie map there are some blind shots. If you forget your driver you will be fine.
Only slight complaints was the bunkers were low on sand or it was hard sand and some if the golfers were lazy fixing divots.
Highly recommend it!!
Great people, excellent course
Was recommended in going there and wasn’t disappointed. The staff is top notch and the course for being in socal was nice and green. Good challenging holes and played pretty quick for a Sunday
A beautiful setting.
I love this course. The setting, the scenery, the condition of the course, what’s not to love. With a nice mix of long and short par threes and fours, you’ll use every club in your bag. The lost holes, (16-17), are challenging, but #18 makes for a weak finish. Overall, this course should be on every golfer’s “must play” list.
Wonderful round at Ojai Valley Inn
We played in July and it was quite hot, although that was not a real issue as we had an electric cart. The course was in excellent condition. It was a great round. We had no one in front and no one in back of us. I have played this course several times and always enjoy it. It's an old classic with mature trees and beautiful surroundings.
Front nine is a jewel.
The front nine is great terrain driven golf course design. They need to figure out hole 18 and The Farmhouse.
