Pacific Palms Resort
About Pacific Palms Resort
Pacific Palms Resort is billed as "LA's hilltop hideaway", the only full-service luxury golf and conference resort in Los Angeles County. The setting of the 292-room hotel and two golf courses by William F. Bell and Casey O'Callaghan is set against the San Gabriel Valley Mountains. Live music and jazz sets the mood at the Red Restaurant and Bar. The Industry Hills Golf Club's Eisenhower and Zaharias courses have been upgraded over the years with new turf and infrastructure, but their historical layouts remain unchanged.Facts

Great round! Always a great round at Industry Hills
What a disappointment
Take your money and goto another course, and you have to share a cart when you’re playing single
Awesome Golf course
I played “Babe” and it is an Awesome golf course ! Love that it is a target golf course and not just “grip it and rip it”.
The only thing I would recommend is a little better directional information from the parking lot to the Pro Shop. Being it was my first time there, I wasn’t sure if I was walking into the Hotel, or the restaurant?? I was a little embarrassed walking through the outdoor dining area with my golf clubs on my shoulder.
I must add that I did love the Resort/Country Club feeling environment.
Thank you for a great experience. I look forward to playing there again soon !!
Sincerely
Rik Sciacca
Terribly slow and overpriced
Took 3 hours to play the front 9. Had to quit because it was taking too long. Not once did I see a Marshall. And course conditions are not worth the price.
Challenging course, no water in sight
The course itself is exceptionally long from the Blue tees so be prepared to hit long irons and blind shots into many of the holes on your second shots.
The tee boxes were not in the best shape and the course was made much more difficult by placing the tees on sides of the tee boxes which put trees in direct line with the fairway. Definitely be prepared to hit both draws and fades off different tees to even have a chance here.
The one thing that really stood out to me is there are zero water stations on the course. For being in an area where the heat can really get high, this is super dangerous as evidenced by the unfortunate event that happened there yesterday, so pack as much water as your bag can fit!
All that being said, the staff was very kind and informative during check-in but we had a really tough time figuring out where to the clubhouse was and tee off. And the range is in a different part of the campus so give yourself ample time before your round to figure all of this out. I think the wayfinding for the course can be improved.
But for what you pay here, I think the course is more than worth it, and each round you play the IKE course your score will improve.
Pace of play
Couldn’t even get past 10. Front 9 took 3:10 and we bailed.
