Pacific Palms Resort
About Pacific Palms Resort
Pacific Palms Resort is billed as "LA's hilltop hideaway", the only full-service luxury golf and conference resort in Los Angeles County. The setting of the 292-room hotel and two golf courses by William F. Bell and Casey O'Callaghan is set against the San Gabriel Valley Mountains. Live music and jazz sets the mood at the Red Restaurant and Bar. The Industry Hills Golf Club's Eisenhower and Zaharias courses have been upgraded over the years with new turf and infrastructure, but their historical layouts remain unchanged.Facts

Surprise to see all greens are punched
When I booked the tee time, none mentioned about the course is under maintenance. I was surprised to see all greens are punched and covered with sand. Very disappointed about not proper disclose such important information on Golfnow.
Saturday morning fun
Staff was friendly and professional. Amenities were great and food was awesome. Course is in great shape
Surpassed my expectations
I’ve been golfing for several years and I like to play new courses. The course layout, conditions, and staff surpassed my expectations. I’m looking forward to my next outing at Industry Hills. I hear their second course (Ike) is more forgiving but longer.
Warning-Ridiculous Service-You will be forced to ride with someone you do not know if you play as a single when your group is full!!!
Warning !!! This was third time played here, But this was the first time happening!!!
You will be forced to ride with someone you do not know even if it is not a "HOT DEAL" or "PREPAID" if you are playing as a single !!! and there is no option to ride alone even if you pay more for cart on weekend when it is a full group.
I know we may need to ride with someone we do not know when we purchase "HOT-DEAL" or "PREPAID" from Golfnow, but they still offer to ride alone with a little more money.
But paying full price, $99 at this place to be forced to ride with some one you do not even know ?
It is not pleasing. I've never heard of this from any other courses.
This is ridiculous especially when you are non-smoker and the other one is and the course fee is higher than other courses.
And the pace of play is very slow. It took 5.5 hours to clear 18 holes.
I am never going back to this place again !!!
Longest game youll ever play
This place looks nice but but that’s about it. There have been 4 groups waiting at a hole regularly and it’s annoying. Kills the game. It’s always like this. Never again.
Babe course is nice
The Babe course is nice but not in the best condition. The greens are aerated and the fairways are not in the best shape. For the price, you are not offer range balls and the putting and chipping area are far apart which you have to get there on your own. The starter will not offer you the cart until 10mins before your tee time.
Joe
I WAS FILL happy play golf course ,disappointing to punch green and 😭😭😭
Very good course for the money
Have played the Babe course several times and it doesn't disappoint. Course is hilly with many trees lining the course and is challenging even though shorter than the IKE course. Unfortunately on our day of play, they had aerated the greens the week prior and all were very sandy with punch holes...but still potable if you gave yourself some leeway for roll and direction.
Better Days
Arriving at the resort, there was no bag drop or signage directing to the pro shop.
The staff seemed uninterested and were less than helpful with directions around the property
The course was in good off-season shape. Carts and GPS need replacement.
This course has a greens maintenance
I will play no good
What, greens are being araeted?
It’s unfortunate that when you make a reservation that somehow the course doesn’t announce that the greens are be araeted. There is no discount and I feel cheated a little.
Great Bones and Friendly Staff
This is one of my favourite public access courses in the Los Angeles area. It is a wonderful old-style design with some glorious scenery, particularly from the fourth tee.
I was supposed to play on a Sunday afternoon, after my flight from Canada arrived. The flight was delayed four hours and I could not make it. The staff was very helpful and allowed me to move the tee time to the following morning. I got out early in the morning and played and enjoyable 3.5 hour round.
I recommend this course to any of my friends looking for golf in LA.
IKE COURSE
The course was wet after a whole week of rain, but the fairways are drained out very good. Love the course...
No pace of play management. The Marshall just drives all around and does nothing when I approach a slow play he refuses to take action. The group in front was a hole and a half behind.
