About Pala Mesa Resort

The ranch-style Pala Mesa Resort in Fallbrook is just minutes away from Temecula wine country. All 132 rooms have either been renovated or will be soon. A heated outdoor pool, four lighted tennis courts and fitness room are available to guests. The golf course starts out narrow but gets more scenic with more elevation changes later in the round.

Course has improved tremendously.

I was pleasantly surprised at the improved condition of the course. New ownership, is keeping up with the Joneses. Native Oaks casino owned. Temecula Creek Casino owned, so Pala made their move. I’m so glad they did. We all benefit from the competition.

Hopefully the ordinary golfer won’t be priced out. I will continue to support Native Oaks and Pala, TCI is getting to pricey.

Very beautiful area. They had just seeded so was golf path only. People in group ahead were slow, so pace of play was off.

Pala Mesa Golf Resort

Had not been here for 4 or 5 years as the course seem to be getting in bad shape, and the rooms were run down and needed work.

We were pleasantly surprised as the golf course was in great shape, and all the rooms have all been re-done and looked like new.

Normally Great But Not Today Due to Course Maintenance

Pala Mesa is normally is very good shape with slick fast greens and well maintained fairways and tees. Tecent punch of greens and overseeding made this course very difficult to play and enjoy. Wish Golf Now would have made us aware. Especially since it was cart paths only. I expect that the course will return to very playable shape within the next couple of weeks but in the meantime beware!
