Reviews
Fantastic
Great layout, scenic course in great condition for a fair price!
Hi, u314160578192. Thank you so much for the great review. We are glad you had an incredible time, and we hope to see you again soon! Thanks for choosing Pala Mesa Resort.
Not so sure
The back 9 is much better aesthetically than the front 9. It’s also a more interesting challenge. Still if you’re in the mood to play golf, this is a reasonable place to play.
We appreciate you taking the time to review the course and rate us, u000006390879. We are going to pass on your feedback to the team. Thanks for visiting Pala Mesa Resort, and we hope to see you again in the future.
Plan on a long round
First and last time playing this course. Facility and hotel have seen better days. Course was a good shape with little to no rough. Traps were hard pack or wet sand. Greens ran medium and fairly smooth. Pace of play was painfully slow. No marshal that we saw although I commented to the pro shop and they said a marshal was on the course. Beverage cart only on weekends. Save your money and play one of the better courses in the area.
Hello, Darrylofscv61. Thank you for reviewing the course. We would like to apologize for your recent experience.
We're sorry to hear you were less than satisfied during your round. We pride ourselves on our providing great service and the high-quality standards we maintain.
We would like to make things right. Please reach out to our management team at the pro shop.
We hope to hear from you soon.
Course conditions
Pala Mesa was in great shape.
Fairways were green, rough was medium cut and greens were smooth.
Needed a marshal, as group in front of us was almost a hole behind group in front of them.
Had to wait on every hole.
Used snack bar after round for Hotdogs, chips, & drink special. Had a good day.

Enjoyable
I like the course layout and the greens were in pretty good shape, but the rest of the conditions were in need of some TLC. All in all I would probably play again.

Fun course to play
I really enjoy playing this course for a few reasons.
1. It’s very close to where I live.
2. It’s a clean.
3. Staff is very friendly.
4. I’m going to conquer the 9th and the 12th hole of it the last thing I do.
5. I’m not a pro or seasoned player but I have hit a birdie and several pars on this course.

Two Thumbs Up
Everything there was top notch, convenient and friendly check-in, playable but very challenging, lots of length, variety, tricky elevated greens, nice GPS carts, great bar and restaurant. What great value - thanks Golf Now!

unable to access booking number
Luckily I had a photo of booking, but not detail that I had already paid $6.15 of the $41 fee. Pro shop said their computer was not working and he couldn't verify that amount pre-paid. He settled for $6 paid and charged me $35 at course.
