The Par-3 third hole. Don't hit it left or right. Photo submitted by harmser on 03/23/2015
The most beautiful course ever!
I misread the tee time so we only had 15 minutes when we arrived but the staff were super nice and didn’t make us feel rushed. The flowers and landscaping, water features are amazing. Kudos to the landscaping crew. Snack bar and beverage cart were friendly and efficient. I would play again tomorrow! Ed in the pro shop went above and beyond!
Great staff , lovely corse
Friendly in the pro shop and starter.
Interesting holes, and course well looked after .
Greens were in good condition ,and fast on the day we played .
Bar and restaurant excellent. We had lunch and dinner ,
both excellent
Exceptional Course
Absolutely love playing this course. Always perfect conditions. Friendly staff.
Great resort course
Best golf in Carlsbad. Wish I played twice instead of La Costa South.
One of the best courses I’ve ever played
Got the opportunity to play here yesterday. Will caveat my review by saying I don’t often splurge for $300+ (including club rental) courses, I tend to play most of my golf at a lower price point. Having said that the course is stunning, and in great condition. Greens were a nice balance of challenging but not insanely punitive. Myself and the rest of my group were blown away. Staff were also awesome across the board, from the pro shop to the snack cart. Couldn’t recommend it more.
beautiful
for the money green wasn't the best so do fairway .
played some amazing corses for about half of price ,but I am glad I played here very beautiful place .
punched greens
the fairways, bunkers and rough were good. However, they punched the greens 1 week prior and they were bumpy and sandy. Of course, golf now nor the course gave any notice, and for the price, was not a good value. Let ppl know via g/n or a banner on the web site that says the greens have been punched, and or give a discount for such, which i know will never happen. LOL....
The Best Course @ Avaira
What a way to Celebrate the Day after Christmas with Family and What a Gift.
I will be back! Perfect Day and Course.
Grewat course
Shot one of my best rounds of the year. Love this course.
One beautiful resort course
Between the beautiful landscaping of flowers, the playability of the design and its history of hosting the LPGA Tour, there's a lot to love about playing Aviara. The majority of the 7,007-yard routing roams the surrounding hills, encouraging some fun shot-making while remaining enjoyable for members and hotel guests. There's not a bad hole in the bunch. Three of the four par 3s are pond-laden paintings come to life.
