Ritz-Carlton Rancho Mirage

The greens were really slow so it took a little bit of getting used to, but we had a nice round. Add a fun Day Out.

Played here on Friday. Tee time 10:15 am and finished at 3:55 pm. So even with course conditions which are great with rain and milder temps, can you justify an almost 6 hour round? Cart fee is $30 which is pushing most people to walk making matters worse. Really not a bad course I will have a hard time returning here.

Among the two courses on this property the palm course is my favorite . It presents challenges on several holes where well placed shots are needed instead of long drives. The course was in great condition despite the temps. The pace of play can be annoying in these kind of courses as there are vacationers who are playing much slower. The finish with holes 16-17-18 is exciting. Recommend this highly

Still an interesting course to play; better than the other course Valley.

The course is laid out well. Played great on the front 9. Quite a bit of water on back 9, which comes into play. The staff was very friendly...especially the starter. Played as was a deal on Golf now. Otherwise it's too expensive for our taste. Would love to see the fees reduced to around $80-$90. Would play it more then.

A great choice for amateur golfers and couples However, the two par 3’s with water are a bit too challenging and discouraging

We really enjoyed playing the Valley course. The layout was very good with a little bit of water and a reasonable amount of sand. The greens were a little bumpy. Maybe they were recently aerated? The only downside was I left a club at the practice range and nobody turned it in. My fault, but there is aa dishonest person somewhere with my club. The cart guys went out of their way trying to find it so a big thanks to them. We would definitely play there again.

true challenges on each hole. winding and hilly to push your game to another level. we can’t wait to play it again. immaculate condition and facility is beautiful

Staff and conditions were perfect. shoulder season makes for great pace of play!

This was out and away the prettiest course I have ever played. The terrain and hazards made it complex and challenging while the multiple long wide fairways offered a chance to redeem ourselves. The beverage cart was pricier than we are used to but that may just be the norm for the area. Still10/10, will play again!

Didn’t have help from bag drop to golf course there used to be a phone to call down it has been removed without replacing it with newer technology but we had a great day all though it was a teeny bit slow on back nine

Great overall. fun course to play. Not too narrow. You can bomb your drive. nice fairways nice greens.

Booked 7am spot on golfnow and was paired with two really nice guys (and not terrible golfers :). I am a 4 hc and we played the course in a little over 3hrs. First couple greens seemed slow after playing Indian Ridge the day before but became very consistent and smooth. Ended up shooting 75 but I would play it again and recommend you try it as well.
