Great day
Always a great day out on the Links. One of the nicer courses around the area that’s not private.
Best Customer Service On Rainy Day
The horn sounded when we were on hole 9 for thunder and lightning to call everyone in. Clubhouse packed with inpatient golfers waiting for cell to pass that was likely to take over an hour. Instead of waiting, everyone in my party was given rain checks (literally) to play entire round again on any given day. Very accommodating and friendly staff.
Windy Links Days
Great challenge. Hard because of wind. But great layout
Great Course!
Rolling Hills is in its name…ball rolls forever! I have been playing 5 months on a weekly basis. Play off the ladies tees, but for a bigger challenge the first and second tees are way behind them. This is a great course for beginners and more pro level. John Daily did a great job with this course!
Great Value for this Challenging Course
Conveniently located right behind the hotel and casino. So, when you combine the two amenities you have a nice place to stay and play both during the day and at night.
The course is tagged as a John Daly design but I'm not sure how much he actually had to do with it. Nevertheless, the first time I stopped to play there was a multi-day college tournament being held there. After returning to play at another date, I now see why.
The course can play long from the back tees. It has firm rolling fairways surrounded by thick rough before transitioning into the native grass areas. Green complexes were interesting and they were in good shape. Maybe a few worn tee boxes but the rest of the course was decently maintained. Worth the stop for sure. And given the greens fees, the tribe is not making money off of the course amenity. So, take advantage! It's probably the best public course north of Sacramento.
Great Golf Course!
Great course at a fair price. No penalty for moving your ball back to fairway if it lands in the native grass!
Nice course but so many wasps around made it hard to concentrate. And slow play in front and fast play behind us, we left early. Premium price for nice course but hard to enjoy
Target Golf
We were fortunate to get paired up with someone who knew the course. Thank you Jeremy! It is challenging to see where you want to hit your shots on many holes.
We enjoyed the course and will play it again next time we are passing through. The course is in good shape and the greens rolled true. To play the course well, you have to hit the ball on the correct line. If your ball goes off the fairway into the tall grass, it is difficult to find.
Great course
First time playing there and I was impressed. The price for 18 holes with a cart was great and the staff was very helpful.
JDA
My group has been playing at the Links off and on for ten years. We were disappointed in the course conditions. Some of the tee boxes, especially hole nine were dirt with patches of grass. Fairways and rough had areas of weeds. Speaking of weeks, native grass area has turned into a giant weed field. Lastly, greens were ok.
