great little course
This par 3 course is not typical. The lay out is very nice and challenging. There's water on several holes and most greens are big and in good shape. The staff are friendly and professional. I have played this course about 50 times in the past few years and its always a good experience and always in good shape!
I highly recommend this course.
In Better Shape
Course is in better shape than it has been for quite some time. Hope they continue the maintenance.
Great course, great staff, with some awful tee boxes
We were warned of the green aeration before booking so didn’t mind that at all but most of the tee boxes were in really rough shape. Some were more like patches of dirt than actual tee boxes. Other than this though the course was maintained very well with lush fairways and deep rough. Bunkers were in great condition too.
A hidden course of Rolling hills
Great course layout with rolling hills. Even amount of up and down hill and even ground holes. Couple of nice water features. But could use a few more sand trapper. Course is perfectly manicure with a nice putting range. Amenities are ligh but adequate with a small outdoor lounge area. Overall a great and very enjoyable 9 hole Course.
Great little par3!
This is a great little par3 to work on your short game. Lots of terrain variation. Generally in great condition but the day we played was shortly after the punched the greens. The staff gave us a discount due the the condition of the greens so no complaints there. Great, fun, quick round of golf to work on the short game after work!
This course is 80% dirt
Everywhere between the tee box and the greens is 85% dirt with random patches of grass. Would not recommend this experience to anyone.

Back to great shape.
Great condition following reseeding tees and trimming rough. Greens in great shape too.
Met Scott for the first time
Met Scott running things up front today. He is as friendly and helpful as Donna. Usually we have the pleasure of Donna ringing us up at the register. Westdrift should not only be proud of its hidden gem of a course. It should also take pride in these two providing great customer service. Looking forward to next tee time.
Total Mess, used to be a gem. What happened?
I played this course for years and it was awesome. Always well kept and for a par 3 the greens rolled perfect. Great pre-round short game warm up spot. I moved a town away and hadn't been back in maybe a year and happened to just drop in there on a short work day. i was so excited to go back and hit it and I don't know if it went under new ownership or what but the place was a wreck. The greens were not at near the levels prior and the short fairways and areas around the greens were yellow or just dirt patches all over. I was actually kind of in shock and asked the clubhouse what happened because the fall of was so dramatic. I won't be going back anytime soon and def not worth $30 to play one hour of par 3 golf on a track that is that much of a mess now. It's a bummer.
Great course, needs upkeep
This is a fantastic course. Just needs a little bit more upkeep. While I don’t expect a pristine course for the price, I still hope to see a little more pride on the fairway. The green was in great condition.
Dissapointing
Played here in June and really enjoyed the experience. This most recent trip the course had temp tee boxes at every hole and these tee boxes had dead or no grass at all which was terrible to play off. The grass off the fairway is so thick that most of the groups including ourselves had difficulty not only finding the ball but trying to get through this thick grass. This slows up the pace of play for everyone.
Many of the longer fairways obviously had been damaged by some of the rains and the fairways were quite brown and just dirt in many places. Hope they can get the course back to how it was early in the year.
Horrible condition
This course is usually in bad condition, but this last round was the worst. Five out of nine temporary key boxes, fairways nothing but dirt for three holes, pace of play was slow, and course overall was unkempt. The starter should notify players of this when making their teetimes.

Caution
Usually a great course. 9/3 played with tees being redone which is great when grass grows in. Temporary tees shorted a few holes. Holes 6 and 8 fairways dead brown grass due to storm floods. Like this course a lot but will wait a few weeks to return.
First time playing here
Nice course. Was recommended by some fellas we played through with at Alondra Golf Course and they recommended West Drift to us. I love the first tee and the 8th since you have to hit over the lake. Fun time for my friends and I hitting into it and making fun of each other. The course is well kept, greens are nice, and I hope to play here a few times a month!. But I saved the best for last and I feel bad for not getting her name but the lady working the check- in area is nice, helpful, and welcoming. Definitely most important part and started off things right. She is kind and that’s ALOT to say compared to some of the attitudes you deal with checking in at some places. Everyone is human I get it, still is a breath of fresh air when you get good customer service. Looking forward to my next visit!.
