Great Course
We used an UnderPar and paid $25.00 including cart!! Awesome.
Conflicting feelings..
The bones of this course (layout, bunker locations, water risk/reward decisions, greenshapes, challenges) are excellent. A really interesting course. Unfortunately it just has not been maintained. But for $28 it’s a great deal, so long as you arne’t too fussed about true putts. There’s a few bad areas on some greens so I just lifted and moved to a better line, if needed. Both days I played this week there were a lot workers on course but I suspect it’s just to keep it at a minimum quality threshold. Given the minimal maintenance mode I suspect this course is going to get re-developed into housing just like the west course was, which would be a shame. Play it while you can.
They are trying!
I actually loved the layout. Also, we flew around the course because it was not that busy. The greens were not good but really did not affect our scoring. The tee boxes, fairways, bunkers and rough were pretty good. They don't sell beer on the course. There was no cart girl or snack shop at the turn. The power carts were old but functional.
Mixed bag
Nice layout. Older course that was probably excellent when it was designed. Greens were the issue. Some were in poor shape but being worked on. It was a fun round. Good shots are rewarded.
Played quick
Worst greens of all time but for $17 how can you gripe ?Would never pay rack rate it’s a complete rip
Visit
Almost all greens were in very pour condition, not an easy course!
Worst Course in South Florida
Worst course I have ever played in decades of golfing. Golf Now should be ashamed to advertise this place.
I wouldn’t play there again for free
Great course layout but the greens were absolutely terrible. Poorly kept
Very disappointed
This was my home course many years ago. One of the two courses is gone and the existing course is in serious disrepair.
Greens
I like the course layout, challenging but fair. The greens are in the process of undergoing much needed repair. Pin placement tries to take advantage of the minimal but useable putting area. Give yourself 2 putts and move on.
don't waste your time or money
golf now should not be affiliated with this goat pasture
Stay Away
Unreal. This used to be a beautiful course. Than it became decent and ok for the money. It is absolutely a scam now. There is not 1 playable green on the whole course. The staff is super nice but its a bit concerning that the fail to mention that the course is in such poor condition. “Sorry to inform you that every green is under repair and unable to be played on”. Bad business.
Jem-bonaventure
Please do not offer tee-times for this course. I want my money back
JEM-Bonaventure
Greens are in really bad shape. No restaurant or amenities of any type. Definitely not worth the money. The question is, are they closing soon? It used to be a great course to play. What happened? Poor management?
Poor condition
The course is in terrible condition! The green have a variety of problems that range from being burnt to some of worst patch repair jobs imaginable. The fairways and rough are comprised mostly of weeds and crab grass. There plenty of people working on the course but half of them are not working, on the course because they are on their phones.
