Good conditions and layout, just need improve some services availability (as restrooms) in the course

A challenging course from the white tees with a steady breeze .Despite a few rough areas on greens, they were firm, quick and putted well. Fairways were great but tee boxes could use a little love. Our main concern was the pace of play. Our round took over 5 1/2 hours. Thankfully we got paired with a nice couple that lessened the boredom of the long waits. A few locals we talked to said long rounds are not uncommon.

I haven't played this course in quite awhile because of the bad reviews. I was pleasantly surprised to see the improvement in the course condition. Fairways could be much better, the greens were in very good condition. If they maintain these conditions it will be my first choice to play for these prices. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a challenging round of golf without having to break the bank.

Took 5 hours and 15 minutes to play the round.They need to spread out the ttimes. The course needs work but they seem to be trying to improve the conditions.

Nice course , challenging , plenty of water

I rented clubs because I was traveling and they were the worst set I ever seen , not worth a penny. The pitching wedge was bent and the clubs were old.

I thought about bringing them back but all the other set were the same.

Overall the course is in good condition! The only negative note is the fact that it took 4:45 hrs to play our round.

New management has done a great job restoring this course, especially the green. Saw a big gator on the shore of lake between 1st - 4th hole. Unique par 3 3rd hole tees off into green right above a waterfall. Super cool

Upon looking at the course rating of 3 stars and the higher price we choose to play some of the other surrounding courses that were lower cost and higher rating. Were we wrong this should have been the 4 star and the others a 3 star. The greens were decent and didn't have burn out or multiple grasses growing on them.

I've been reading a lot of negative reviews for a while and so have not played this course in quite a long time. However, I was greatly impressed with the conditions of the course especially the greens. The course is way better than courses for similar price in the area. Wanted to go play it again tomorrow but can't find a hot deal. I think this is now my go to course in the area. The layout is really impressive, a good test of your skills

While the course itself is not in terrible shape, is nowhere near as good as comparable courses in the area, like Woodmont, Jacaranda, plantation, preserve, or colony West. However, they are the prime example of what is wrong with golf courses today scheduling teetimes less than 10 minutes apart. You’re lucky if you are able to get a round of golf done in under five hours the pace of play is absolutely atrocious and personnel at this golf course could not care less about it.

Only one problem...The course puts too many groups spaced too close together. 7 minute tee off spacing and no Ranger late in the day on the back nine lets ignorant and selfish golfers ruin other groups from playing at a reasonable pace.
