Lely - Orta Review
The golf experience was excellent, great course, amenities, outside staff. The golf pro shop staff was horrible. Insulting and demeaning. I checked in about an hour and 30 minutes because i am on vacation and we had 1 car. My wife dropped me off early as she was meeting an aunt for lunch. The staff made sure to let me know that check in for future reference is 30 minutes before my scheduled time. I was not asking to go off early. He made sure that I played behind a 3 some followed by a 2 some . Not a soul in front of them for at least 45 minutes. The restaurant staff was very friendly as well.
Fun course with lots of options for tees.
Really fun course I was first time off and completed 18 holes in 2 hours. I was not charged the Golf Pass rate of 89.00 but instead charged 103.00. Not a big deal , but make sure you are charged the rate you were given if using Golf Pass.
Slow play kills
Allowed a slow twosome to dictatate pace of play for the entire course. Even though I saw a ranger twice and I called the clubhouse, a sloew move twosomedictated pace of play all day long. Staff could not have cared less. The NUMBER ONE problem with golf todayand course managers simply do not care.
Great time
The course is in great shape...had a great time and cant wait to go back
Great course layout
Appreciated the staff letting us out early especially because of the temperature.
Mustang Great Track
Course was in great condition, greens were slow which cost me some strokes. I liked the range and looking forward to returning for another round.
Flamingo
Course was in great shape, greens were perfect. Green speed was identical for the whole 18. Don't go into the woods looking for your ball, the mosquitos will carry you away
Beautiful and Wide Open
A very wide-open track particularly compared to any other course I have played in the area. Course was in great condition having just been closed for green aeration recently. Honestly, I was expecting to see holes all over the green still but they had almost completely healed. The staff even offered me the option of playing the Flamingo course instead. Maybe that's why the pace was so quick because I felt I was the only person on Mustang.
soggy but well maintained
Range was closed due to recent rain, but course was open cart path only. Green rolled well for how much water they recently had.
A Privilege to Play Here
It was great to have the opportunity to play here in the off-season with much more affordable rates. It is a nice track that plays long. I found the false fronts and elevated greens challenging.
Good value for money
The course is in good condition
Starter is very nice
