Nice course!
Pace of play was a little slow-but the course is fantastic. Not too long, yet very challenging with a lot of layups around sand and water. Enjoyable round!
Good challenge
The course is a good challenge from the gold tees. It is very tight and misses are definitely penalized. There are a few holes that are a bit tricked up but overall a good resort course. The conditions were not great but that was only because they had just finished the summer aeration and there has been a lot of rain recently. I will go back every time I'm visiting Amelia!

Terrible bang for $150.
Greens had been plugged a week ago and they were heavily top dressed. Had we been made aware we would have definitely played somewhere else.

Better hit it straight
Awesome course and views of the marsh. Was extremely hot when I played. It said no outside coolers or drinks but we had to have cooling towels it was so hot. Cart girl came as we were finishing number 9. Not sure what good that was. But we never saw her again. $135 is expensive round but we had golf now deal for $50, so it was excellent. I only put 3 stars due to the regular price. I would have thought $90 regular price would have been good. Fairways and greens were in excellent condition.

Excellent condition
Though cart path only due to heavy rains the night before the course was very playable. It is tight with the marshes. Paid $21 for hot dog, drink and candy bar..Bring your own snacks unless you do not mind the mark up.

Beauty and precision
I thoroughly enjoyed my round at Oak Marsh. The staff, including the clubhouse, starter, and course marshal, were all very friendly and helpful. The course was in amazing shape. Tee boxes, fairways, greens, and bunkers were all in excellent condition. There were only a couple of small areas in a couple of fairways that were roped off and under repair. The standard of course condition, though, was evidently excellence as every section of the course was manicured and well cared for. The signature hole as well as a few others had breathtakingly picturesque views. The only criticism I have is that the cart paths were not always marked well, and navigating hole to tee on a few holes was confusing.

Beautiful course
Played Oak Marsh for the first time today. The course was in excellent condition with few exceptions, a couple of areas where an area of the fairway was under repair. Greens rolled true and fairways were in excellent shape. Tee boxes were pristine. Course marshal was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our match very much.

The course is beautiful and challenging. As an average lady player, I found some challenges in having to lay up in a number of areas to play over hazards or other course features. That said, I still enjoyed the course. My husband really enjoyed it. Super friendly staff.

OAK MARSH - pricey but excellent
Tees, fairways, and greens in excellent shape. Front 9 plays like an inland, neighborhood course. Back 9 plays like a low country gem. Lots of marsh views and the three closing holes are outstanding. Staff was super nice. Pricey but excellent so no complaints.
