Beautiful, almost flawless
Greens were a 10, fast, dry and rolled true, not one brown spot anywhere. fairways mowed perfectly rough trimmed. Would Def play here again if it's a deal on golf now. I play golf almost daily so this course is a little expensive usually out of my price range. Awesome pro shop with some great shirts and gear

Greens about 90% healed
Pace was great. Fairways and tee boxes in good shape. Greens are almost back to normal after aeration a few weeks ago. Couple more weeks and they should be 100%

I Was Underwhelmed
I’d actually give it somewhere between 3.5-4 stars. Admittedly l was expecting more with the fees and the reviews. I was immediately greeted by staff at the bag drop. Driving range was nice (no mats) and balls included. No putting green was available, under repair. The cart initially appeared nice. GPS and USB outlets, but then l actually drove it. It sputtered and couldn’t get out of its own way. When l returned l told a staff member. He told me sometimes you have to turn it off, pump it 5-6 times, turn it back off, flick it back and forth from forward to reverse. Really…? The course - some of the tee boxes were actually burnt. And as a lefty l felt like the ball was usually above my feet an inch or two. The fairways were in good shape, though some non-fairway patches of grass were present. They’re also very wide. Obviously they want to keep the herds moving. There was rough, but it was very non-penal. It was only about 1/2 inch higher than the fairways. It actually even gave you a good lie, because the ball sat up. The greens were smooth and true, but rolled slow to medium at best. All in all, I’m glad l did not pay the prime time rate. I never felt like there was a single hole that made you go wow. It was visually unstimulating.

Great Course no Complaints
Played the international course. Course is deceiving, they don’t have any trees, but there is only about 5-10 feet of rough on each hole, that you can hit out of, then it goes to about 2 feet of growth, so you have to hit a straight ball to keep it in play. Played the blues and it made it bit more challenging, but overall a good day.

Amazing..
Course was is in very good shape. From the tee boxes all the way to the greens everything was green. I don’t remember seeing any bare or dead spots. Greens rolls fast and true. Fairways are tight on some holes so it can get challenging when you hit right around 300 yards. I definitely would play again

in Fantastic shape!
From tees to fairways to greens- course is in immaculate shape and condition - among the best in the area. Great golf experience - everyone there is very helpful and the range with free balls is perfect. If it was not for I4 traffic at Championsgate, I would play here more often and this might be the preeminent central Florida golf experience. Unfortunately it is such a hassle getting in and out on I4

Always a fun place to play
Both of the CG courses are some of my favorite places to play. This time, National had some thin spots in the fairways and tees but, overall, was in pretty good shape. Apparently, they had experienced some significant rain because a couple of fairway bunkers were like quicksand and unplayable. One of the green side bunkers on #8 was like concrete and, again, really unplayable. On the positive side, the greens rolled true and were a decent speed. Staff was uniformly friendly and helpful. Practice facility was excellent but be aware the putting and chipping greens are closed due to required maintenance. Believe me, these minor inconveniences should not deter you from playing this track as it is both fun and challenging!
