Reunion Resort & Golf Club

It feels very good to come to this stadium for the first time. The greens and fairway of the whole stadium are clean. The staff here are very friendly and not many people.

Really fun layout - challenging at times and easy and rewarding at times. Gorgeous homes around the course to look at. Pro shop and range/cart staff very friendly, unlike some reviewers indicated. We look forward to trying the other courses on property.

It was nice to play a course in Florida that had elevation to it. Two very hard things to find are character and elevation in Florida but Reunion Niklaus has a little of both. Course conditions were very nice the greens were very tricky and smooth but fast. The fairways were in mint condition and so were the tee boxes. Pace of play could have been a little faster but looks like some of the local members took their sweet time in front of guests. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. I hear that the Watson and Palmer are just as nice.

Challenging course, beautiful scenery, and great conditions! Beverage service stopped early on a hot day. States Golf Perks offer when booking but all you get is range balls and they charge you a $5 misc fee. Plenty of other courses in the area that are as nice at a better value. Suggestion for the course management would be to actually have a Perk and not cover the range balls with the $5 fee. Other courses offer 2 for 1 drinks, free lunch, discounted soft goods, etc. Starter was not overly friendly or helpful in general. GPS told me to head to Hole 1 about 30min earlier than my tee time so I asked the starter and he stated that it is broken and not to go buy that. Soon after the golfer I was paired with drove up and stated we could tee off now?. The starter was definitely more attentive to the member ladies group at the range. Guys in the clubhouse were great, very friendly. As an intermediate golfer I left thinking it was nice but has so much potential to be GREAT. Why settle for GOOD when you can be GREAT? Great course. Need to be very strategic when playing. Avoiding the fairway bunkers are key to putting yourself in position to score.

I personally loved the course. Liked that I had so many different lies, flat, below and above my feet, uphill, downhill. Greens for me were hard to read and surprisingly slower then I expected. Loved the challenge!!

Course was great, BUT the back 9 smelled like sewage! We had to cover our faces w/ towels it was so bad on about 3 holes.

Played this course yesterday with a buddy of mine, and the experience we had was incredible. We were running a bit late for our tee-time due to a meeting that went over-schedule. We called the pro-shop to tell them we would be pulling in right at our tee-time or possible even a couple minutes after. They told us we were the only tee-time all afternoon and told us to take our time. Once we got to the course, the whole crew treated us like royalty. “Do for one what you wish you could do for all.” They really went above and beyond.

On top of that, there wasn’t a single other soul on the course. Tee-boxes were in great shape. Fairways were perfect. Greens were spotless. The crew told us afterward that these weren’t even peak conditions and that we should come back around August-September for a real treat. If you’re thinking “Is this place really worth $100?” It absolutely is. 10/10 would recommend.
