Reviews
Cool experience. Could be slightly lower price. Most bunkers were filled with water from the rain. Don’t expect that paying over $100. Bedsides that course was in great shape.
Nice Course
I am not sure about the negative reviews. The course was in great shape and we finished in 3 and a half hours. Loved my first experience at the course.
Tee to green - great condition!
I live on the Palmer course but Nicklaus course is the best.
First Class Operation
Now this is what I am talking about. Staff was out of this world friendly, from the grounds people, to the pro shop, to the restaurant staff, the starter, literally everyone provided next level service. Greens were great, overall condition great. Course was busy but still got the round in right at 4 hours. It isn't the cheapest course in the area, but you get what you pay for and I would consider this a great value. Will be back for sure.
Nice facility
Cool venue. Will definitely be back to try the other courses.
Greens and Fairways Great Shape!
Resort pace, but we worked it out with another party we were in between. Pace of play was only issue after hole 5, book an early tee time. Thanks for allowing me to play!
super slow due to outing with shirtless players
course in decent shape after lots of rain. pace of play went into the 5-5:30 hour range. had to abandon after 14 holes and over 4hours. drove in to see large group of carts waiting for the last 2 foursomes most shirtless and the staff chucking about the drunkards. have played and stayed here multiple times over the past 3 years. may never come back. no offer for a rain check or anything.
A great parkland resort style course
Good layout, good insulation and great putting surfaces.
Real challenge to play
Enjoyable
Hadn’t played the Watson course at Reunion for about 10 years but was delighted to get another chance.
Was paired up with a family 3 ball and we had a very enjoyable round. Course was in great condition with a good bit of run on the fairways and true, reasonably quick greens.
Despite there being 3 courses and extensive real estate, the course is generous of the tee.
Pace of play was good - we let two 2 balls play through but still finished in just over 4 hours.
Hopefully won’t be 10 years until I’m back.
Palmer Coure at Reunion
Nice course, I belonged to a Palmer course for years in Chicago, that was in better shape. I thought for summer in central Florida for $95 was a bit much....particularly midday with no one else there.
Still a nice experience, but there are better values in the area.
Great Bunkers, Tee Boxes and Greens. GPS in carts. 4/5 stars only because some weedy areas and the range was trash. Balls needed replacing years ago. Grass on range was poor. A bit surprising of range condition when all other practice facilities were top notch.
Nice layout
I enjoyed playing this course. The layout is straightforward and fun to play. At $95, it was priced about right for the value for golf today. There was work in progress on the property surrounding the course and a couple of spots on playing areas and even on one green.
Great course in great condition
Top to bottom, the course was pristine. Cool layout with plenty of scenery. Course is forgiving to not straight hitters, as there aren’t too many trees and no water. Tons of sand, and most greens had big slopes and challenging lines. Loved the course, and would happily come back to play the other two here. Played at 11am on a Friday and didn’t see anyone near us.
Disappointed
The condition of the course was very disappointing. Fairways were burned out and the traps were washed out. Pin placements were ridiculous. I've played the course many times, and I've never seen it in such poor condition
