The 4 million dollar renovation project is spectacular. Best course in Northern Brevard County. The greens are perfect as are the fairways. The rough is Bermuda and is about 3 inches long and quite thick. Some balls were lost due to the depth of the rough. Pace of play could have been faster.

…after 8 months. Really nice work. More open concept. Greens have lots of undulations that were not there before. Hope we all take care of this. No divots on your practice shots. Come back with an empty sand bucket. Repair greens. Rake traps. Keep maintenance down.

Course is beautiful since the reopen, we were behind some very slow players, waited on they every hole, a course Marshall would be helpful for this issue

Played here last year right before the renovations started. Wow! This course is in great shape! Can’t wait to play here again.

Well, the course finally reopened after being closed since April and they did a great job of redoing the place. All of the holes had new greens and subtle changes to the layout of the hole. The greens were an excellent shape and rolled very true, but being new greens they were firm and hard to hit and hold. The most frustrating part was the rough. While not very tall, if you hit your ball off the fairway, you had a good chance of not being able to find it. The ball would sink down to the ground and could only be seen if you walked right on top of it and needless to say, if found, it was difficult to make solid contact with a shot from the lie. All that said, we definitely enjoyed the course and will be back. The restaurant is still a great place to grab a bite.

Course was in perfect condition. Golf course was completely redesigned for the better. Green was big n true.

It was Fun playing at TGO

Like all the cleaning out they are doing, especially on 14 and 15 that opens up the view going back to 14. Greens are still awesome however know they are changing those as well. Hope to get one more 9 in before it closes.

I really liked golfing here but at the time of this round the course was in preparation for a major renovation. The fairways and approaches were burnt. Perhaps a heads up on this prior to booking would have been great. The pace of play was horrible, 2 1/2 hours for 9 holes, we skipped 2 holes on the back to finish in 5! Marshall’s are extremely needed.

Played two weeks before schedule shutdown for renovation. A lot of dead grass areas but Greens were in great shape and rolling well but was told all will be replaced. Liked the layout a lot. Despite lots of lateral water hazards. Will go back when it reopens.

So the course is prepping for a big change… the evidence is all the brown areas and cleared areas around the course. That said… it was fun, we had a great time… waiting to see the changes…

Course is undergoing renovations. Lots of dead grass but we were warned. Excellent layout.

The course was in as good as shape as most that I play but I think April 14 they’re shutting down to renovate the whole place. There’s a lot of bare ground while they’re getting ready for that so it’s not the best time to play it but if you wanna play it one more time for the years over ….do it now.

The course is in the worst shape I've ever seen it..The course is closing in a few weeks for renovations. Not worth playing until afterwards.
