Relaxing round of Golf
A relaxing day of golf on a well maintained course that is not overtaxing your ability but requires you to pay attention. Greens were well maintained. Our foursome plan to play it again.
In good shape, fast greens.
Overall the course is good, it has a couple of rough spots on greens but not bad. The course is spread out, winds through the park development. Windy day, good company, fun to play.
Slow players not fun.
The course is in good shape, greens are rolling fast and true, fairways have dried out, t-boxes could be better. Overall good shape, fun course as holes are spread out.
4-some had no one in front, were taking way too much time to play their shots and putt out, we waited from the 3rd hole on. A ranger would help.
nice course
This course is very well maintained, and greens are nearly perfect. Actually, easy to get to as it it straight east on HWY 50 from the Bithlo area. They do team you up to make foursomes so you may be playing with golfers you don't know. The residents tend to play very slowly and once the snowbirds come in, I don't have 5 hours to watch other people play
Bumped tee time
I had a reservation for 10:28 and was delayed apparently by a group of residents who decided to just show up and have a tournament. On the first tee, we encountered 12 carts on the hole and knew we were in for a miserably long day. I found the course to be in great shape with the greens running fast and some more difficult to read than others. Fairways were lush but a big spongy. Balls didn’t run out much, plugged a few times. All in all, it was a long day but I liked the course and would recommend playing it. Just be wary of the residents elbowing you out…
Fun course, wet but playable.
The course is wet, some soggy areas, but in good shape. Greens are running fast, surprising as they are so wet. Pace of play could have been better, but a nice day to be out.
They have cleared out a lot of brush, makes finding your ball easier and it looks great.
Great Outdoors
The course was pretty saturated from over 3 inches of rain the day before. The fairways are excellent and the greens were good.
One of my favorite courses
This is one of my favorite courses around. Nice layout and in good condition. The Greens have been rolling much faster this year. You can't beat the value. It's a fun layout with plenty of lakes and ponds. Also plenty of wildlife. You'll see plenty of gators. I've also seen deer, turkeys and an occasional hog and rattlesnake. Absolutely some of the best scenery around.
I enjoyed putting the green they were smooth but not extremely fast. Some holes the fairways were damp and you got no roll. The greens were wet and the ball plugged around them or on them. A fun course to play maintained well and would play it again
Great price great shape
The course is in great shape with great greens. Great food and staff in the restaurant. For less than $40, it can’t be beat.
Great layout and location
The course was in great condition. A little wet in Places but I assume they must had had a lot of rain recently
I was met by a friendly starter who paired me up
Tee boxes fairways and greens were all in Good condition
We completed the round in 3 hours which was awesome, even catching a 5 ball group halfway round the back 9
Even with the 45 min drive to get here it was well worth it. A fun day in the course. I will be back
