Fun Play
Great course. Was a single stuck behind a foursome, allowed me to play through only to be stuck behind an even slower twosome. Conditions were a bit soggy but dried up as the day went on, lay out was fun but still challenging. Over all really enjoyed this course.
Real nice greens
Have played G.O. many times and the greens today were the BEST I’ve ever seen !! Fairways real good, as well. Challenging course I like playing.
Review
Course played well even though it poured the night before. Greens, tee boxes and fairways are in great shape. People are fixing their divots and ball marks and raking the traps. Nice community. Great place to play.
Great shape.
Tee boxes were great, fairways great, greens are being worked on a lot this spring/summer. Great pace and good people playing the course. Back soon.
course in great shape
pace of play a little slow, they had a 5 some and 4 some in front of us, sand traps needed sand, but otherwise course in great shape
Another aeration
They do 4 aerations a year at Great Outdoors Golf. Course in overall great shape. Tee boxes nice. Greens were plugged Monday June 3rd and were rolled Saturday 6/8. Should be great next weekend. Need more choices for beverages in the Gatorade machine between 9 and 10. Need Diet Pepsi and / or Diet Coke, not the sugary stuff. And a couple of Gatorade choices.
Golf course
Overpriced for round . Never told they were aereating greens. Could not putt on 15 of the greens. I think they should refund me my green fees.
Observations
The course has made great improvements in the last year on greens and fairways. However, I notice that the drop boxes on 8 and 11 are nothing but dirt. Sand bunkers are hard and seem to need new sand. It is like further work has come to a standstill, leaving a lot of room for more improvement. I also feel that their should be a ranger on the course all of the time keeping track of the pace of play. It always seems to be slow, you have to call the office and wait for someone to investigate. Takes too much time and aggravation.
This golf course like many others barely breaks even each year.
Replacing the sand would cost $150,000...and rangers are only justified during the busiest of months.
Hi. We appreciate you taking the time to review the course and rate us. We are going to pass on your feedback to the teams in charge so they can work to make changes. Thanks for visiting Great Outdoors RV & Golf Resort. We hope to see you again in the future.
Course conditions
Greens great , fairways great, only problem front of greens soft.
Course was in good shaped overall. Greens are a liitle thatchy but rolled pretty true and were good speed, Great value, course was as good as I have seen in some time
Don't waste your money
This is a weird course. A lot of dead pan. Poor greens. No water coolers. No bathrooms on course. 9 or 10 are nowhere near the clubhouse! Had to drive thru the neighborhood for at least 20 min. to get in and again back out. Will never go again.
There are bathrooms on holes 2, 10, and 16. There are water coolers on holes 4, 9, 12, 16.
It appears you reviewed the wrong course.

Great as usual
Greens were aerated on 4/29 or so. They were a tad bumpy however very puttable. Next weekend they will be back to normal. Course is in great shape. Good pace of play. About 3:20.
Good Value Even After Aeration
Good little course. Not too challenging, but has a few spots where you need to be careful.
Recent aeration was done well, and the greens should be back in shape in no time at all.
Staff is friendly and always willing to help when needed.
We love playing here, and think you should give it a try.
After snowbirds leave
Great course layout and upkeep. Home to lots of
snowbirds so we only get on after Easter.
Great place challenging course
Great visit course was in good shape greens mid level speeds allot of scenery (gators). Was nice . Pace play was good some challenging holes water where you do not expect it (guess should read the lay out map) all in all good course
Best condition that I have seen this course. Keep up the good work!
Nice layout
Windy this day. Tees, fairways and greens great shape. One loop track, not two 9s. Great pocket golf guide at the counter for free. Explains where / how to play each hole without too many #s. Holes play one more club to the greens. Went home and watched Tiger win the Masters. Great day!

There was a large sign telling golfers on the aerification on the door of the clubhouse,
