Course was in great shape, even though it was aerated

The Waldorf Astoria, golf course is having a facelift because the Waldorf-Astoria hotel has expanded a ballroom out onto the golf course which has made the golf course redesign the back nine. The back nine is playable however, it is not quite finished because the construction is not finished. They are presently working on the front nine sand traps green fairways tea boxes. Regardless, this is always and has always been a beautiful and well-kept golf course.

The course is in great shape, but only nine holes available due to renovations on the other nine. Not crowded at all. Play early due to the heat, but two water bottles provided and plenty of water on the course.

Wish the front 9 had been open. But played the back twice and it was a real joy. Hoping to return when the entire course is available.

I initially chose this based on reviews and lack of availability in a lot of other places.

I think the best way to describe this is boring and uninspired. The course poses very little challenge, greens are flat and uninspiring. Just not a lot to write home about.

Not a single memorable hole and when I run into a golf course that I don't feel compelled to take a picture of, that's saying something.

From driving in to the valet parking, coffee on offer in the nice clubhouse, nice driving range and short game area, I’m impressed before I got to the first tee.

Course was immaculate, a great mix of holes, fantastic scenery, plenty of water and sand.

Really enjoyed it and will be back.

This is one of my favorite coursed in the area because of the great course conditions and the friendly staff. From the moment you pull up the take care of you till the bring your car around and it time to go. The only thing lacking at this course if full length practice range. There have been some changes to the course layout but it is really shaping up nicely. The 18 will be much better when the further green is completed but no complaints from me on a day were I Eagled the short 268 par 4 as it currently plays. Green ran true and swift, fairways were perfect as always, and of course the staff was great as always.

Have played this course three times over the last 4 years! Never disappointed. Staff is super friendly and the course is beautifully maintained! Will always play here when I am in the area!

Course is in great shape. Greens aren't as quick as usual, but roll great. Fairways are fantastic. Everything is well maintained, as always.

Staff are always on point and the food is fantastic. Pricey pro-shop, but well stocked with great choices.

Most of the layout is still great, but the construction has affected several holes. Will be great so see it once everything is done and the course returns to "normal".
