Mr. Lucky
First time using Golf Now. I booked the tee time for 8/12 by accident when it should have been for 8/13. The staff of the course and Golf Now were very helpful in correcting my mistake. Thank you!
This Is A Must Play
Although this course was 30 miles from my home, this was an excellent value for the money. The greens were manicured perfectly, the fairways were well-kept & the tee boxes were almost perfect. I talked with a course volunteer who said only three people are responsible for keeping the course manicured, divots repaired, etc. Wow! Talk about doing more with less!
There was plenty of CLEAN (NO algae around the spigot) water coolers for players throughout the 18 hole round, and the elevation changes will keep you interested and focused on your scoring.
Play this course & you'll come back again - I know I will!
Any golfer at any level would appreciate this course !
The course was in excellent shape !! The greens were perfect !!! PERFECT.... Saved my round ! LOL.
Always a great experience at The Creek!
Had a great experience. Course was in great shape and the staff couldn't have been friendlier!!
Hal was tops!
Had a great time playing this fine course. The pro Hal was super nice.
Creek at Hard Labor Park
The course is fun with lots of elevation from tee to green as well as beautiful views. Greens were very good for a state park facility!
Hidden gem
This is a great course considering it is 46 years old! Some of the holes have tight fairways and some do open up for those errant tee shots. Different elevation changes make you check your thoughts of what club to choose. You differently will use all the clubs in your bag. Very nice course. A must play! Don't go after heavy rains as you will have wet spots here and there.
special Sunday afternoon
Wonderful setting for a course that had been impacted by significant rainfall. Some of the tee boxes were devoid of grass or full ofweeds, but fairways and greens wre in remarkably good shape.
I'll be back!
Very unique layout and fun course to play. Fairways were in excellent conditions. Greens were true. Just a few spots (on one green for example) that kept me from giving all 5s. I'll definitely be back even though it's almost a 60 mile commute!
condition
other than needing water the course is in great shape. Folks there are very nice and professional. The course is very different depending on the tee box you play. Recommend for anyone.
WOW! Beautiful Course
Absolutely gorgeous course. First hole is definitely a tough starter but wow, what a nice course. Fairways, tee boxes and greens were all in great shape. I would definitely recommend this course to friends.
Great experience
The golf course was in great shape and was a "fair" test of golf. The traffic on the course was well managed. The price was excellent. All of these factors led to a thoroughy enjoyable experience. I will definitely play there again.
fantastic overall value
Great layout good conditions no homes around course enhances scenery
Wow! This course is the whole package!
Played here for the first time. This course is very challenging (lots of elevation changes, many sloping lies as you would expect from a course in the Georgia hills). From a scenic standpoint, this layout is just beautiful! There are some holes you can take advantage of, but there are some holes that you're glad to take bogey and move on. No. 1 is no doubt the hardest opening hole I've ever played. The course is in great shape, a couple of greens had some burnout on the edges, but great condition overall. Nice staff too. Can't wait to get back here!
Excellent shape, will return soon
After the first hole my group and I asked each other, why in the world haven't we played this course in a while? It got better after each hole. Nice course and friendly staff. Course was in pristine condition. We are putting it back in rotation as long as the price is right..
Great conditions
I have played here numerous times and course was in best condition I've ever seen.
Best Greens I've Played This Year
The Creek has the best greens I've played this year. Fairways good as well as are most tee boxes. When a tee box was not up to standard, they did not make you hit there anyway, they moved to a better location. Only complaint, over 1/2 the pin placements not where stated (loc #3). Forgot to tell staff, so if y'all reading, take note. Staff is EXCELLENT by the way. Very friendly and helpful, ask them questions about the course! Had a great roast beef sandwich at the turn.
Good course to play at if your beginner
This is a good course to play at if you are just a beginner because the holes are not that long. It's also good for experienced golfers as well
Challenging Course
Great course, hidden in the country. U must manage this course.
Hard Course
They should hand you a sleeve of balls just to get thru the first hole. The course is beautiful, we were met by two young foxes at the first hole and deer later on the back nine. Very challenging but, definitely worth a try. Had a good time!
