Georgia's Hard Labor Creek State Park is located on Lake Rutlege east of Atlanta off I-20. This state park facility features a range of accommodations from camp sites and RV sites to 20 2-bedroom cottages. Amenities here are highlighted by the 18-hole golf course designed by Denis Griffiths and features a pro shop, full driving range, grill and bar. Additional features of this state park, which is on the National Register of Historic Places, is horseback riding, off-road mountain biking, hiking, beachside swimming and boat rentals.Facts

Great Condition
Great Condition the course was awesome
And the club house was nice as well
And they have a great hot dog.

The course was in great condition and established very friendly and they serve a good hot dog recommend this course to a friend
Great course for the price. Greens need some work but truly had a great day
Decent course
First time playing. It’s a decent course. My only real problem was the staff working the course didn’t seem to care that people were playing golf. I understand they have a job to do but at most course staff tends to move to the side and let you hit and won’t run there mowers around tee box as your teeing off. Courses staff acted like the golfers were just in their way.
July 5th outing
Great afternoon at Hard Labor. Course is in outstanding condition. Pace was slow but, it’s a holiday. Enjoyed a great time with my son. We’ll be back soon.
Great shape
I have not played the course in about a year or so. I have to say the course is in the best shape I have ever seen and look forward to playing it more frequently.GREAT SHAPE and great course to play.
Had a great time
Well kept. A lot of attention to details. There was a lady tending to the flower beds on one of the holes. It looked great
Not bad but not great
Course was in decent shape, except for the greens. All had been aerated and some were missing large patches of grass.
Very Green!!
Great course to play. Greenery is in full bloom and the course is in decent shape. In two weeks it probably will be in great shape. Challenging layout. Greens are coming back from being punched. Hole 15 still has patches of bare spots on it but you can putt on it.
