This course is tough, but great views and amazing amenities

It was a very nice course, it was just moving really slow that day

Staff should spend less time worrying about pace of play and mow the greens because they’re slower than a muni. This is a resort course but the staff acts as if you’re irritating them by just being there. The type of guys who ignore you when you walk into a golf store but can’t break 80. One of our guys had his bag fall off when driving to the first tee because it was strapped on wrong. The starter got mad at us because group 1 had the signs on carts for the 2nd group. We didn’t put the clubs on those carts, those were his guys.

This environment may work for you but if you’re an avid player and this is a golf trip, do yourself a favor and go down the road to Sugarloaf. Not worth the hassle and the pro won’t do anything about it.

Hope to play here again. Great course. Setup as resort style golf. Reminds me a little of Legends in Myrtle Beach. Staff is ready to help you enjoy the facilities and to get you out on the course. Excellent staff! We showed up a bit early, and the staff did everything they could to accommodate us. Special THANKS from our foursome to the staff!

Tee boxes and fairways are in good shape. Greens are slow. Course conditions are pretty good overall. However, the starter/Ranger is the thorn in this coruñeses side. His name is Tony. We had to deal with his antics 3 times because we were 2 minutes behind pace. We will no longer have golf trips here. He should be fired.

This course is amazing! The staff, the views, and the lay out are phenomenal.

You need to play this course a few times, a lot of blind shots!

What a wonderful place. From the moment you arrive till the moment you leave you are treated like a special guest. The course is breathtaking. It costs 20$ to park but if you want to make a day of it you can also go to the lake and waterpark. A great vacation destination for sure.

Right from check in the staff was great. They send someone to your car (truck) to pick up your bag and take you to the putting, chipping greens and driving range. Oh and pick up some free bottles of water and something to eat before heading out for a great day of golf on a beautiful course with great views.

Great day out on the course!!! Course was in great shape

All the extras included with the Green fees is a nice addition which includes range balls, breakfast or lunch sandwiches & sodas. The Staff was outstanding from start to finish. Now for the reasons we didn't give this round 5 stars.....many tee boxes are in need of some TLC with bare patches around the course. Bunkers had very little sand in them. Fairways are in ok condition. But, the biggest issue was the conditions of the greens. The greens have very little grass on them with many having brown spots. You can see all of the old pin placements as the most of greens have not healed up from recent pin movements. Finally, the ball was not rolling across the green rather it was skidding across the green. When you pay north of $130/round expectations are higher!

This course is fun but challenging. Great views along the water almost the entire course.

We played today after a tournament and enjoyed the course and one of the most scenic and beautiful courses we have played in our journey from FL to Yellowstone and now heading home. Beaolake views and spectacular scenic drops. Will come back and play again. Also they provided snacks, drinks and sandwiches too. A must play in GA!
