About Sapelo Hammock Golf Club
Sapelo Hammock Golf Club is a semi-private golf club on the Georgia coast, about an hour's drive south of Savannah. The golf club and community has a small amount of guest accommodations onsite, highlighted by The Eagle's Nest, a two-bedroom unit located above the clubhouse and overlooks the Georgia marsh. There are additional two and three-bedroom units overlooking the 4th fairway.Facts

Able to tee off early. Course drainage was excellent considering earlier rains. Will definitely play again.

My reservation was for the wrong date so I ended up paying more than I had planned . Called Gn they said they would credit me for another tee time. Course was in fair con I played all day with no k pool Robles it was very enjoyable

Great Golf
Course is in good shape.
Fairways are tight, greens are good still a bit slow.
Great price, Great service.
Normally takes 3.5 to 4 hours to play the course.
St. Patty’s tournament today slowed things down to a 5 hr. round. No problems we got in line and got along with the folks in front and the folks behind. Great views worth the drive.

Off the beaten path
This is a great value off the beaten path. The PCR of play is always good and they maintain the course well. I drive an hour to play here and it is worth it!

Course has greened up with recent rain & played very nicely. Second time here & play moves well & greens were very good. Enjoyed the round.

dry conditions
Such a beautiful course that is in need of water. I have not seen this course in this condition with painted greens and bunkers not raked and dry fairways.
I will come back and play this course again as I'm certain they will get the course back to what it use to be, just have to give it some time

The course is looking better and better every time I play it. Greens and Tee boxes are 100% better than a year ago. My only issue, as always is, the cart paths are not very well taken care of.

Great local course
This course offers a variety of different shots. It’s a narrow course and really helps with shot placement. It’s very fun and I highly recommend it to everyone!
