Great Champions Bermuda greens. Peaceful setting. Not crowded.
Look forward to playing here again. Great value and uncrowded.
Great course
Great course and really great price. I had no wait even Though I showed up 45 minutes early. In really nice condition.
great place
very windy day made even more chalenging, freindly as allways, greens best played on all year, bit of a drive but worth it
good
This course has great for the features I think it very much for me so far
Dissapointing
I played Highland Walk on 4/16 and was greatly dissapointed. It is designed by Denis Griffiths, and is a great layout. That wasn't the problem, the conditions...dead mowed grass laying in clumps all over the fairways, and sanded bumpy greens...were the real problem. I wanted to love this course, I drove 1 1/2 hours to get there, but I just can't recommend it because it needs work to make it nice.
the course is very well maintained.
very good course with plenty of challenging holes.
beautiful will def go back
i loved this course and will go back. nice wide fairways and greens were beautiful
Very challenging course in great shape
I was pleasantly surprised by the condition the course was in. Greens were in fantastic shape and rolled very true. It was a chilly morning so no one else was on the course. This was nice because we had a lot of trouble finding our ball! The rough allowed the balls to sink in, and since the grass was light brown due to the time of year, it was difficult to locate the white ball even a few fee off the fairway.
All in all, this was an excellent deal on a really nice course. The staff was friendly and very welcoming.
fairways and greens are in good shape,
Course was really crowded as it was a Holiday, No one out on the course to keep players moving and it took over 5 hours to play. They need a marshal to keep everyone moving instead of standing and talking or whatever the group in front of us was doing.
Nice Course
Highland Walk offers a very well kept course for a super low price, I plan to play it again soon and would rate it a huge bang for the bucks it cost.
Outstanding value for the price
The course is in excellent condition, the fairways are plush
and cut perfectly, the greens are medium fast and very
smooth. The club house, carts, and on course facilities are
very nice and very well maintained. Well worth the drive from
Dacula.
very easy holes, very difficult holes
Nice course to play and fun. 1/3 of holes are very easy. 1/3 of holes are difficult. Very good mixture. Hilly course with lots of doglegs. Greens are well maintained but not very fast. I lose golf balls on every round, but I also find a few. Some very hard tee shots, which dictate how you will score.10/25/20121

Nice course even though the leaves made finding some balls challenging. We had a good time on the course and other golfers were friendly as well as the staff.
foothills challenge
Though not in the actual mountains, Highland Walk has a LOT of elevation challenges to navigate as well as the normal tough layout in a mountainous course. I like all but 2 of the holes as a golfer and those are just beyond my skill level to score well. I recommend it as a scenic, tough, environ for any golfer that enjoys the opportunity to assess risk- reward golf.
