About Kentucky Dam Village State Resort Park
The 72-room lodge of the Kentucky Dam Village State Park overlooks the historic Kentucky Dam, where Kentucky Lake meets the Tennessee River. But it's the Village Green Inn that attracts golfers being adjacent to the 6,700-yard golf course. Sixty one cottages and camping are also available. Boating is a popular pursuit with a marina and rentals for fishing boats, pontoon boats and ski boats. Hiking, swimming at a beach or outdoor pool and eagle watching (200 nesting pairs call the area home) are available. The Harbor Lights Restaurant and Harbor Lights Lounge keep guests fed.Facts

Had great time
Took my wife with me, met 3 great guys. Two of them played a little slow. But all in all I had great time. And golf now saved me a good amount of money. Thanks
Still early season conditions
Not much grass in fairways and roughs. Hard sand in traps. Greens were good. I would enjoy playing the course again in season.
Greens looking good
Course was crowded but we got out before the crowds. Coming back to good condition quickly. Certain staff have a major problem with GolfNow. This time they weren’t rude.
Very nice
This was the first time that I had played this course and I was very pleased. The greens were immaculate for bentgrass greens in the summer. I would love to come back and play but I live about an hour and 45 minutes away. The course is very well kept and I had no issues whatsoever.
Golf pro only bad part of good day
We have used many golfnow vouchers without any issues. This time the golf pro would not allow us to play when we arrived early, even though only one person went out while we waited almost an hour for our official tee time. He did offer to let us go out if we payed an addition $15. What's with that. They weren't busy. We were told he was a real stickler about the Golfnow vouchers.
Ky Dam Golf Course
Best Fairways and Greens I've played on all year. This course is a lot better than I remember it being 10 years ago. It was a dirt path then. Kudos to the Turf management team. I'll be back. I highly recommend this course to anyone.

Great layout greens a little slow but very good sand traps where very good fair ways nice and short it is the best state park I've played this year

Staff aren't friendly if playing a Hot Deal
We are noticing staff seem to be short with us and not very nice if you are playing a Hot Deal. If they differentiate between full price players and those who pick up an extra round here and there for a good deal, then I have a real problem with that.
Greens in great shape for late July, overall very good course
Combined tee times
Because I was playing by myself, the pro shop made me play with two other golfers. I kind of understand their reasoning but I am a below average golfer and the couple that I had to play with were above average golfers. I wish they had told me beforehand. I actually quit after 9 holes because I was so uncomfortable and not able to enjoy myself.

Enjoyable Round
We had an early afternoon tee time, There was no one rushing us. My only constructive feedback would be the condition of the restrooms out on the course. They could use some sweeping out of spider webs and stuff. Other than that the course is very well maintained. Lot of nice landscaping. Plan to go back soon.
Nice layout with fun, challenging shots for all
My wife & I love coming here to stay & play. The course is always fun to play & in reasonably good condition. You can't beat the price either. Well worth the $$.
