River Marsh
Nice track pace of play was very slow. The driving range wasn’t open. Greens were decent, fairway was in good condition, overall a nice course would love to play again. The price was fantastic.
Hyatt Golf
The course was nice for the discounted rate - tee boxes a little shabby.
Dec. 2 2021
Played at 1:12 was able to get whole round in. Green had very pin holes in them, but did not affect the role.
Tee Boxes were Punched with larger Holes. Hey it was great for First week in December.
A amazing day on this beautiful course!
We played this course for the first time on a beautiful fall day where things we pretty wide open for a weekday. We got off ahead of schedule and played as a twosome. The course was in outstanding condition even after the heavy rains of late. The fairways were generous, the hazards manageable to steer clear of and the greens ran true with no unexpected surprises. About 70 miles from my house this course was well worth the scenic drive across the Bay bridge. There are a lot of risk/reward shots out here waiting for you to decide on. I enjoyed the round, the staff was super friendly and conditions were perfect for a getaway round of golf. You won't be disappointed you booked here and enjoyed a incredibly scenic and fun course.
Interesting and fair course.
My wife and I like discourse on September 27, 28 and 29. The conditions were excellent as was the weather. The course is very fair, interesting, and have some really beautiful holes. We stayed at the Hyatt hotel on the golf package and the hotel conditions and food were first great. I highly recommend it for a golf getaway.
Back at river marsh
We had a good time, play there a lot. What I don't understand we got there a bit early and there is no one on the first hole. Wide open asked if we can get out early. Answer is no. Second time this happened. Group showed up late and then everyone behind them runs late. They had 2 holes open when they teed off. Don't get it. Why not bump people up until they show. Poor time mgmt
No chipping area
They have a bit far chipping area but It is ONLY open for members. Never encounter such rule in any other course. Stupid policy.
Blowing in the wind
I have played this course several times over the years. Staff is always friendly. Course is consistantly in good shape. Love the layout. Only a few challenging holes.
Nice resort course
Nice resort course. Appears to only be built with carts in mind, walking would be a stretch due to distance between some greens and next tees, etc. For the most part a generous fairway width as a lot of resort courses are which is fair and helps with the varied skill levels. Course was a little wet, not sure if that is normal or time of year, etc. Greens rolled pretty well even though wet and a little chewed up due to damp conditions and foot traffic around the hole. Got lucky with a great deal on a tee time website so felt like an amazing value. Carts included the gps with yardage to center of greens and stuff so that helped to quickly grab a club for everyone in the group. All in all a very nice facility and beautiful finishing hole along the riverfront , let alone at twilight, it was a great finish, even if my score did not look at pretty.
