Reviews
excellent
Not much to say other than everything was excellent. They even had someone pick me up at the hotel. Great! !!!
Excellent course
Friendly staff. Course was in excellent shape. Greens were well kept but inconsistent. Overall great experience just hard to read a putt.
Fair Test, Great Value
This is the best course in Tunica hands down now that cottonwoods has closed. If you keep the ball in the fairway, you can score, If you miss the fairway, it will be a tough task, which is how golf should be. Conditions were great and the speedy greens rolled true. It was an excellent experience and would recommmend this course to anyone making the trip to Tunica.
Keep it to groups of 4
Course is challenging, in great conditions, but was overcrowded
Taking advantage of the weather.
Nice course, quick greens, a neat track overall. We enjoyed the round.
My new favorite course
Riverbend has turned into my favorite course to play lately. Since Mallard is renovating, I had to find somewhere else to play regularly and despite the hour drive, I'll still pick Riverbend over anything closer to me. Course has been in great condition. Beautiful greens. Always some wind to deal with in the area and never too crowded. Also my favorite burger from a course as well, not as cheap priced food as some others but still worth it. Hope the course continues to keep up the awesome work. Oh, and all the staff has always been super nice as well.
Challenging Course. Excellent conditioning. Best practice facility around. Friendly staff.
Tunica National is one of the finest facilities in the area. Friendly staff. Great grill and pro shop. 360 degree practice facility that lets you work on all aspects of your game. Course conditions are very good. 5 tee boxes plus "Family Tees" allow for golfers of all experience levels to have an enjoyable round. Gently rolling hills and undulating greens make for a fun, rewarding golf experience.
2nd time Around
Took Brother N law to this course for the second time he always state he really enjoy.
Not much
Played the back 9 twice. Course is redoing front side greens. Would have been nice to know that upfront. Driving range and putting green was also closed. Many bunkers were hardpan.
First time and enjoyed it
First time at Tunica National and course seemed to be in great shape, nice greens and fun course to play. Lots of sand so be ready for a couple of chances at bunker shots. Staff was very friendly as well. Will be coming back again.
Challenging
Pretty nice course with narrow fairways and lots of sand and water. I was surprised that they charged for a bag of practice balls.
Great course!
Love this course! Has greened up all the way so have it four stars. Worth the money! Best practice facility around!
Great Course
This was a very nice course! There was a lot of sand bunkers - but the course was beautiful.
Tunica National in January
Fun course and in good shape for January and the winter we have had. Will go back this summer.
Greens were great
Will be back with my buddies again does this course offer anu email specials
Tops in Midsouth public golf
Tunica national is an overall great golf experience. The staff, facilities, and course are top notch.
If you're in the Memphis area and looking to tee it up, Tunica national is well worth the drive. There isn't a public course in Memphis that compares.
Great Track
First time to Mississippi. The staff was the best I have ever seen. World class. We were treated like tour players. Great course and greens. Very fast and great rolling greens. They had the 2011 U.S. Open qualifier here.
The course was a 4+ star to me. Nice layout, doglegs water on a lot of holes are challenging , and some nasty rough. And I was very surprised no ball marks on the greens at all. And a heads up to Jimmy.Gave us a ride back to our Casino for free after working his shift. Unheard of in this day and time. We will be back. I now love the southern hospitality, I wish people up north would treat people like this.
Water...water...water!
I came from cincinnati and wanted to play a course close to the casino and this course is great! I would make the drive for just the course...the tips are long...7200 and change but fair. Great course great people...
Beautiful Course! Very well-kept!
Very challenging and well-maintained course. Rather flat, but has plenty of sand traps and water hazards to compensate for slight elevation changes.
Great
Course is challenging with very little play in the afternoon. It was in great shape and has a wonderful practice facility. I recommend this course it's worth the money, but you better bring your A game.
