PGA event nice
I’ve played many of golf courses prior to hosting major events that weren’t this nice. The greens are flawless and they are some of the fastest I’ve ever played. The fairways are like playing off carpet. I didn’t want to take a divot they’re so nice. The bunkers are meticulously cared for and the sand is fluffy, so expect fried egg if your ball comes in on the fly. Shot placement is paramount and I recommend playing tees that fit your distance. It’s a beautiful course.
I played on a weekday and I was told their weekends tend to be very crowded. This is a bucket list course for sure.
Best Course for the money by far
I wish Tunica was closer to my house because we loved the course and have no complaints at all. The course was in great shape for being wet. We have never played a course of this quality for anywhere close to the price we paid to play. Best value imaginable in my opinion!
Course conditions
The fairways are cut very low with bad spots all over them. Fairways bunkers are not being maintained full of mud. Green side bunkers have sand but full of small gravel. The course is not in its normal condition at and not worth the prices they are charging now!!! 87.50 on the weekends.
Impressed
I was impressed on how the course played after the winter storm. Greens were good, fairways are in tact. It was a great experience playing the course after a month long break.
Tunica's country club for a day
I first played Tunica National after its grand opening in the mid-2000s. It was good to comeback and see the course still in good shape and thriving, despite the ups and downs that Tunica's casino scene has experienced.
Almost two-thirds of the fairways are lined with water. Keeping your ball straight and dry is a hard ask on a flat, windy site.
Nice layout and course was in very good condition.
Staff not to friendly for being in the South!!! Not much southern hospitality by the guy in the pro shop.
Starter was a nice gentlemen and greeted us with a smile.
Food not so good would not recommend it for dinner purposes.
Although I would recommend the course don't see myself wanting to play it again.
Tunica National
Course was in fabulous shape. The eating and menu options area could be improved a bit but overall great experience.
Golf while on TV trip
Rv and spent a few days here so played this course. Loved it. Met and hooked up with a local. Played well. Great course.
Practice Round
Great convenience course with immaculate fairways, but greens were recently aeriated in need of water...otherwise, always enjoy the course with friendly and accommodating staff members.
