The state's only casino resort right on the beach, the Island View Casino Resort is the Gulf Coast's largest land-based casino with an 83,000-square-foot casino on the north side of Beach Boulevard and a 43,000-square-foot smoke-free casino on the beach side of the road. They combine for 2,700 slots, 49 table games and two sports books. Two towers house 970 rooms and suites. Eight restaurants, five bars and lounges, two coffee shops and two candy outlets are spread throughout the property. Overpriced
In good shape but somewhat dry, fairways cut very short and greens very fast and difficult to read
Probably not worth the extra green fees as compared to some other courses in the area

No fault of theirs but would have been better if not cart path only
Great course
Got this hot deal for 17.99$ 18 holes w/ cart!! Course was in excellent shape except for a couple on back nine but made up for the carpet- like fairways and tee boxes!! Staff was so kind handing out free bottled water!!
Rainy day
I booked the tee time after a long day of rain. However, the course was still in amazing condition, somehow. The pro shop staff were very nice and welcoming. I even met a a fella walking his dogs who manages the course and he was exceptionally nice and welcoming. I the golf carts are very comfortable and the scenery is immaculate. I will be playing again.
Windance
Some of the greens are a little rough and currently they are doing some maintenance on a couple of tee boxes but overall an enjoyable time
Greens need grass
Greens are currently dried out and mainly sand but yet certain areas around the green are completely soaked. Rest of course is in decent shape.
The grounds crew seem to have a person on every hole unfortunately so the conditions are not from a lack of effort.
Great character , rough greens
I paid $50 to play so I cannot complain. I loved the course layout ! Fairways were great but tee boxes and greens were in rough shape. I played white tees and they were just plain worn out. Greens just were not in good shape. Some bad spots in alot of them n just didnt roll good across them. Enjoyed the course but wouldn’t go back until the greens got better.
amazing layout greens need improvement
The course was actually enjoyable and we really enjoyed the design. Clubhouse very nice very reasonable Beer prices. The only issue I had was the condition of the greens was less than acceptable on several holes. Maybe there is something underway to address this, but that made us feel like the price paid was Equal to the quality of the course.
