Sept.2020
Everything was great I do wish the 19th hole bar & grill stayed open later than 4p.m.
good course
greens somewhat inconsistent. some fast some not.some balls stays where they land and some run out. fairways usually leave you with a good lie, some traps are packed down BUT overall it is a fun course to play with some good challenges. The staff is fantastic.
Fun course
We enjoyed the course. No cart girl/boy today. So that was a bummer.
Great Day for Golf
Course conditions were excellent on this resident golf course. We typically play this course a couple of times when we visit Branson - it is one of our favorites.
Extreme Tee shots from the Black Tees
I decided to play the black tees for a challenge. Lots of 400 yard par 4s, and the 9 and 18th hole present a daunting tee ball over a 50 foot rise.
Decent Resort Course
I’ve played a few courses in Branson on this trip and this one was OK. There is definitely some neat holes, but also a few holes that feel like they were tucked in between houses. I would’ve preferred a little more space between the course and a house/condo. Overall, the course was in good condition. Greens were a little slower than I would like, but fair. The golf carts were extremely comfortable, so that was definitely a nice perk. I really enjoyed some of the par threes, but two holes with significant uphill tee shots were a little challenging, even for longer hitters. It was not a bad course, but I would spend a few extra bucks and play Branson Hills next time I am in town.
A Pleasant & Enjoyable Day in the Oarks
It was a beautiful day full of sunshine and enjoyment on 7/30/2020. Greeted by a businesslike, friendly gentleman at the Pro Shop and received a friendly "hello" from a man at the Cart Barn. The putting green was in excellent condition as were all of the greens on the course. The fairways and tees were in very good shape and the traps were well kept. I had a really good front 9 and failed to do as well on the back 9. I do not live nearby and was in Branson for a pleasure and fun visit. I have played at this course for close to 20 years now as we visit at least every other year. There are some absolutely beautiful golf courses in and around Branson, but I like Pointe Royale the best because it isn't too hard but it certainly isn't easy, it's not too steep for senior players back and forth to the greens and tees, it has an excellent bar and grill with an affordable and tasty menu and I always look forward to returning for yet another round. I recommend you give it a try because I think you'll agree with me! Fore!!!!!!
A good course fro the money. Great location and well maintained
Course was later out very well. Staff was friendly and helpful. Other people on course were very nice. Greens had some ball marks but were in good shape. Fairways were exactly what a golfer would expect well maintained and. Good roll out.
