About Avi Resort & Casino
The Avi Resort & Casino, located off the banks of the Colorado River in Laughlin, is nestled on the Nevada, Arizona and California border. Owned by the Fort Mojave Indian Tribe, the Avi offers the Spirit Mountain Casino with slot machines, 18 table games, a poker room with Texas Hold’em daily, a Sport Book, live Bingo, Keno and more. Guests can stay at the hotel, where the rooms were renovated in 2018, or the Avi RV Park KOA, which allows free access to Avi Casino & Resort’s private beach on the Colorado River, outdoor pool, boat launch and fitness center. On-site KOA amenities include free Wi-Fi and cable, laundry, showers, picnic area with barbecue pits and a dog-run area. Other amenities include a massage room, boat rentals, an eight-theater movie complex, multiple restaurants and an arcade and Kids Quest daycare for children. Better than most reviews
Actually the course is in decent shape. If you stay in the fairway or first cut ..no problems. There is some desert rough past the first cut. This isn't a $80 course…but anything less than $40 is a great deal. I played the Blue tees..middle… and the course played well. I will be back! Tee boxes and greens are in great shape. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Overall a good course to play
Greens and Tee boxes were very good. Grass in fairways was short and thin, but probably normal for time of year. Need better signs to some holes, especially when crossing the streets. Overall I enjoyed playing the course.

Recommend playing if in area
Course has its challenges due to flooding and lack of rain in the area. Greens are running a little fast and fairways are in need of more water. I can only imagine how difficult it is to try to maintain. Not sure why proshop moved to dining area but no selection for merchandise except for hats and balls. Course is definitely worth playing.

A decent course but needs more grass. Lots of waste areas and many spots where there should be grass there is none. Pace of play was slow but we are retired so didn’t really bother us
