TPC Las Vegas will be my go to course every time I go to LV. The conditions were emmaculate, staff very professional, every shot felt pure off the fairways.

Excellent place to play

The course was in perfect condition, weather was amazing and staff friendly. I will definitely play here again when I come back next month. If I had only one dislike it would be the difference between playing the whites compared to the blues. I will play the blues next time to enjoy the course playing nearly 1,000 yards longer and slightly more difficult.

A Vegas Must Play Course

From the welcome arrival at TPC Vegas, through the departure from the friendly and competent bag drop area , the golfer is treated like a valued high roller is at one of the strip casinos. I played around noon after booking a fantastic tee time and price on Golfnow.com. I arrived about 15 minutes before my tee time. I walked into the pro shop, they asked my my name, I was immediately handed an already filled out receipt, and off I went in my loaded up golf cart. After a few range balls showed the ball flight I would be fighting that day, my name was called, and the pleasant marshall introduced me to my playing partners, a pair of repeat customers from Canada ( who loved it so much they were playing it 3 days in a row, instead of trying other tracks per original plan). They each hit fantastic long drives off the first tee, and I knew we were in for a great day. The course was immaculate. The greens were beautiful, speedy and true. The layout is fantastic, very fair, yet as challenging and demanding as one wants depending on skill level and tee box. There are amazing views of the surrounding mountains and the Strip from many holes. There are numerous birdie opportunities, and plenty where a missed shot is like rolling snake eyes. By the time I finished my round, I was lamenting that I had non-golf plans for the next day, as I would have accepted the invitation to play with the Canadians again. I strongly recommend this fine course and experience to golfers of all levels. 8 handicap avid golfer.

pLay it if you can

This course is nothing but fun to play. Played on a day when the wind was gusting into the 30s and that usually takes away from my enjoyment, but the weather conditions did nothing to take away from the day. In fact went out for a second 18 after lunch, which I normally would never do with such high winds. If you are ever in Vegas and get a chance to play here.......Do it.

Call Before You Book

All greens were freshly sanded. Why keep this a secret?Nothing on Golfnow or TPC website. When checking in,there was no mention of it.To top it off,I was not informed by the pro shop or starter.Very disappointing to travel across country only to burn green fees on a course that charges so much to play on sanded greens.A simple sign on the counter would at least give you the opportunity to go play elsewhere.TPC?/I don't know what all the fuss is about. Here I come Paiute.....

Pushed into 5some

We were a 3some. Was not impressed with a Marshall telling us to pick up the pace when there was no one behind that we could see. However, we did, which pushed us right into a 5some. The 5some was kind enough to let us through, however, it was very inconvenient them and us. If you are that worried about pace, maybe you allow 5somes out on the course.

Punishing but a GreatTime

What a treat. Never had so much fun getting my butt kicked by a golf course. Extremely challenging, especially when the wind is blowing hard. The course was in perfect shape - absolutely immaculate - and the greens are like putting on glass. Fastest I've ever played, and I don't want to count how many times I three-putted. Despite the punishment, an absolutely great golf course to play. Be realistic about tee boxes. I played blues, and wished later I had at least played blended. Will be back to try to get some vengeance.
Note: the one downside is that this is a very very pricey course. We used GolfNow for a last minute mid-afternoon booking, and still got dinged for $125 each. Well worth it, but I'd be hesitant to drop the $250 they usually charge.

Does NOT Disappoint

We used a golf reward which meant two rounds were comp'd. Thank goodness because the wind whipped up on the back 9 so hard we quit keeping score. This course was like golfing on plush carpet. The greens were the fastest I have ever played. Supposed to be a very difficult course but I played from front tees and was very happy. Fairways are pretty open so as long as I made forward progress, I was happy. My boyfriend played from blended tees and loved it. Staff and facilities were just wonderful. To date, Lake Tahoe was the best golf course I have golfed at but this course cannot be compared. I know it is expensive so not sure I would have paid full price but work a twilight for sure!

nice course. even better service.

we played this course on what must have been one of the windiest days i have experienced. we stuttured through the front nine and was getting blown around. ball wasnt holding greens. after the nine we gave up. we went back to the clubhouse and explained that we decided to go for a scenic drive to the red rocks instead. they hadnt shut the course and as far as we could tell we were the only ones that were quitting. we had gotten a very cheap rate on golf now so wasnt too worried about not getting my moneys worth. so it came as a pleasant surprise when the receptionist asked us to come back another day and play 18 again for free. of course we didnt turn it down and was so glad we came back on a calm sunny day.had my best round ever . course is in immaculate conditon. fairways are generous. the only thing that can trick you up is the greens. lightning fast.food in the clubhouse was great. ive played alot of the vegas courses and this is the best of the affordable ones.

Best Golf COurse In Vegas

I was blown away how nice the fairways and greens were. THIS was one of my top 10 best experiences on a golf course. The only way to have made this better would have been to share it with some of my golf buddies. Greens were deceptive and the rough was rough! I wish all golf courses had fairway grass t
Like this course. Bravo to the green crew!

Wonderful course

We played the TCP for the first time yesterday, 4-13-14. It was is great shape. The layout is awesome with a little something for every style. The greens are very hard and fast and make you work for the reads. Overall a great experience I can't wait to do again.

Confusion

Good course, nice staff. I thought I'll play the TPC Las Vegas, where they play the PGA event and only learned on the first tee, that this one ist called TPC as well, but the tour plays on the privat course.

This is One of the Best

This course exceeded my expectations. One of the very best courses I've ever played. The fairways were immaculate. The ruff was lush but playable. Very surprising grass for a desert course. Booked on Golf Now for $75. Excellent value. I would have been happy to pay triple that and that is saying a lot. Simply pristine. Will be my first choice in this area. Cold towel was a welcome amenity. You will not be disappointed.

TPC for a reason

Practice facility and clubhouse first rate. Course is a little bit confusing on where to hit ball off tee. Really need to watch pin locations. Some greens are really severe. Everything rolled true and conditions were nice. Sand is weird and resulted in some bad lies. If the wind kicks up be scared. Amazing how pros pick it apart because it kicked our butt.

Best greens I have ever played

Had a very good day with weather being perfect about 70 degrees, very light wind so no excuses. Played from the blue tees so about 6800 yards. For me the length wasn't the killer. The greens were blazing fast and running perfectly true. Probably just how the pros like it. Speed kicked my butt. Not complaining mind you. But by the time I figured out the proper pace was almost done with the round. I wish I could of played another round but was on business trip. I will be back. Loved this course.
