Great layout, conditions weren’t ideal, but the staff was awesome and gave me a heads up of what to expect.

Greens in bad shape. And the rough is more then rough. Challenging course for sure. Not bad value for the course. Hopefully they get greens better quickly

Quiet, wide open and away from civilization. A very enjoyable day. Bunkers are rock hard, need sand.

Played Desert course. No tee markers on #2 tee box, a mess. Fairways need work as do a lot of the greens.

We know why there were very few cars in the parking lot...

The condition of the Lakes is getting better every day not quite as good as the old days but much better than the last few years Green are almost in good condition fairways are better than average had a stress free round with little to complain about staff are extremely friendly and helpful enjoy 😉 your round here

We have golfed here several times and enjoy coming back. Generally the course was in excellent condition except for a couple of greens. We had a slow group in front of us which can be frustrating but it was a beautiful day and we weren’t in a hurry. Will definitely come back.

The course has an excellent layout and is roughly 5 to 8 shots tougher than the Lakes course course conditions are still a little rough but the course is still worth playing

Course was in great condition. Greens were very soft and slow, a little rough in spots but overall a fun course to play. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great value. Lakes course was very picturesque and challenging from the blue tees.

This course has a lot of potential but the greens are in Bad shape and minimal staffing for drinks/ food, answering phone etc its a ghost town (they are very nice when you find them)..

Ground staff are working on the course but something bad happened to the greens?

The fairways look Great but we werent sure why Everything was a soggy over watered mess? Balls plugging next to the green or fairway edges deep enough they couldnt be found,

No drinks cart.

For about $55 via GolfNow and not a local the value was great. Course way better than the last couple of years. Tee to green I had zero complaints. Greens certainly slow but you can adjust and hit firmer putts. Hopefully greens will improve given more time. I managed a 78 and played in 2 hours and 10 minutes on a Sunday morning as a single. Hard to beat that.

Overall a good experience, Course was in above average shape except for the greens which has several bad spots throughout the 18 holes. They had repaired several of the greens , so we hoipe to have a better putting experience next time.,

I've played Primm for over 20 yrs..but I stopped a few years ago because the condition had gotten so bad..I played this afternoon 10/14 and the course is back!!!!!! Tee boxes,fairawys,bunkers are all in great shape..The greens are not perfect BUT very playable(a few rough patchy spots)give it a few more weeks and it should be perfect.So for all those Primm lovers who gave this course up for dead..Come on back..

Solid course to play at a fair price. Fairways were in great condition. A few of the greens could have been in better shape but looked in much better better shape compared to a few past review from earlier in the year. Pace was mostly fine. Would come back

Course was in good shape, pace of play was slow and didn't see the cart girl until after our round.
