Rough track
The course appears to be in disrepair right now, with the fairways extremely thin and bare and and the greens showing some disease periodumb disease. It's not worth any money to play this particular course.
Nice course
Overall, this is a nice course. However, I personally think some of the multi-tiered greens are extreme to the point of being unfair.
Not a good winter course
With the bermuda being dormant and no rye overseed like some other Vegas courses, the Desert course was in poor condition.
Great track!
The course is in great shape and very challenging.. The greens are difficult, and some areas of the fairways and greens have disease spots.. A much better course than the Desert Course, which is in disrepair at this time.
Terrible
Been playing this course 20 years and worst shape ever seen it in patched greens all over lake course run down horse poop all over course on tee boxes looks like knowone been out there in weeks to clean up at least 20 piles of horse poop on lakes course . Visible holes big enough for your ball to fall in on some greens .
STILL CHARGING 50-60 to play very disappointing
Looks as if fired all the staff and knowone maintenance being done and desert course looks and was told by starter was in worse shape.
Course Condition
The course was in terrible condition. It was not worth the price.
The greens were in rough shape
Everything was excellent except for a few holes that had extensive patch work. These patches definitely affected the roll of the putts. Other than that it was a great time!
Poor condition
The desert is damaged badly. I wish they could tell us before the round.
ABYSMAL!!!
This course, the Desert at Primm, is in the poorest condition of any course I have ever played. It’s a shame because the layout is a good one, but the course itself is unplayable. Both fairways and greens are in indescribably and unacceptably bad shape. It should be closed down, it’s that bad. The Lakes, on the other hand, looked terrific, so I’m not sure what’s going on there, but steer clear of the Desert course for the foreseeable future.
Nice day for the links.
Weather was perfect for the day. The course was in good condition and some of the greens had recently been worked on, leaving some minor battle scars. Overall, it was an enjoyable day on the links. Off course amenities were sad, the help left early and there were no snacks for a break at the end of the ninth hole. MLR
In very rough condition right now.
I’ve played this course before - but it didn’t look like this. The fairways were pretty bare and the greens were just about un- puttable I could see the Lakes Course and it appeared to be in MUCH better shape. Perhaps all the water was going to that course??? Well, at least the price was a bit lower.
No loss ball
Lake course is highly recommended
Challenging fairways and greens
The fairway is well maintained
Reasonable green fee
Terrible condition! Don’t waste your money.
The Primm Valley course is in terrible shape. Completely burned out, dead grass, and dirt patches everywhere. The lakes course looks to be in good shape but unfortunately we played the Deseret Course. Don’t waste your time or money!!!
Lakes good
Course in a little rough shape. Green rolled nice. But a lot of patches. Still a nice round for a Saturday
