About Red Rock Resort
The Red Rock Resort in Las Vegas is part of the Station Casinos family that includes the Boulder Station, Green Valley Ranch Resort, Palace Station, Santa Fe, Sunset Station, Wild Wild West and Wildfires Gaming locations. The Four-Diamond Red Rock offers rooms, suites, penthouses and villas for guests, as well as multiple restaurants, casino and shows/concerts. Sandbar’s pool features upbeat music, combined with private cabanas for rent and poolside gaming. There are even VIP spaces in the bowling alley (suites) and movie theater (booths). Kids Quest provides daycare services. Red Rock adventures dive into the spectacular natural settings for horseback riding, river rafting, kayaking, hiking, biking, rock climbing and more. Multiple golf courses are offered in packages, but the closest is the Arroyo Golf Club located in the Red Rock Country Club across the street (two miles) and the versatile Angel Park, home to 36 holes, a putting course and a lighted par-3 course three miles away.Facts

Poor staff response to my COVID concerns
I have played this course several times and enjoy playing it. Recently, the course has decided to place a flimsy piece of plastic in their carts and then they try to make you ride with another player. I am in the healthcare field and am not comfortable with this. I brought up my concern to the pro shop attendant that I would like my own cart due to the COVID situation. He said, "we have a plastic divider in the cart for your concerns". I said, but your website clearly states that every player that has a regular tee time will be given their own cart. (see attached photo). He again said, " but that is why we have dividers in the cart". I again, said I am not comfortable with that, and given your own policy on the website, I should be allowed my own cart. He said, he will have to have that looked at and changed but "we will see if we can get you an individual cart, but we are busy today." I said, that there is no "see if we can", I need to be given my own cart as I am not comfortable with the divider, and their own policy allows me to have an individual cart. At that point, he just looked at me. I then said, so we agree that I can have my own cart?. He again chose to not answer me, looked down at his computer and ignored the question. I said so I guess the conversation is done? Again, he didn't answer.
I walked out of the pro shop furious at the service. I ended up getting my own cart, but it should never have been an issue or a dispute in the first place. Management needs to seriously re-evaluate how they are going to deal with this situation with the safety of their patrons in mind and their staff needs to be educated on how to deal with concerns professionally.

Be ready to wait on each tee box.
The course is in pretty good shape, but they pack the course due to the price. This will cause you to wait 5 to 10 minutes on each hole. I recommend paying the extra money to go play somewhere you don’t have to wait.
Fix your traps
Course is in excellent condition BUT fix your traps should have at least 2 inches of sand not a half inch

Make you ride with others during covid
They put up a flimsy plastic and want you to ride with others. I dont feel safe doing that. They just care about money not your well being.

Bunker are horrible
Bunkers are either full of rock or cloth is showing or there standing water. Everything else is well taken care of ,why are the bunkers neglected?

Augh, 1/2 inch of dirt in traps.
Great course all its needs is sand in the traps. Theirs cloth extending out of the traps and only 1/2 inch of ground dirt. Its needs real sand like at Palm Valley.
